Dorjsuren said he had the vehicle for only 2 years. He said the paint is peeling off the front hood, and the staff said there was nothing they could do. He said the staff told him the reason for the peeling is due to rock chips. He said when he went to go pick up his vehicle, the repairs was still not completed. He said the staff has no knowledge, and he was not happy with the pricing. He said he felt like the staff kept pushing him away. He also said the staff needs to be honest, and try not to push the problems away and own up to it. They did not explain the repairs.

Spoke with Jose. He said that a three hour wait was way too long for an oil change, though the service itself was fine. He was never really given a promised finish time for the service, but he did not expect it to be as long as it was. He would not recommend them for oil changes, although other services might be okay. He would like if smaller or quicker services would have a different queue to be worked on than the longer, more complex jobs.

Terri said her vehicle wasn't done on time, but she did not elaborate as to the cause of the delay or how late the vehicle was. She had to call them. They didn't wash or vacuum this time. It was mediocre service. They didn't do a good job. She's not sure if everything they did was necessary. They did not explain the repairs.

Martin said that he brought his vehicle in for 3 things. One of them being an alignment. The alignment was not done and there was no communication from the business informing him as to why it was not being done. He had to go elsewhere to get his vehicle serviced. Based on a lack of communication he will not be returning, or recommending the business.

Keith said the repair process was too long. The moon roof exploded in July but it took them until December to get it resolved. They gave him the runaround on the time frame. This was disappointing. He was given an estimate on the painting and they decided not to paint it. They wanted to buff out the scratches.

Matthew said the vehicle was there for a complete oil change and was told the battery was fine. His wife was at work and could not start the vehicle and lifted the hood and the battery cables were lose and popped up. This was very inconvenient for them because the whole system shuts down and a code has to be punched in. They did take care of the issue but was told that the next time this happened, he could punch the code himself which he thought was a little unprofessional. There was not a full explanation of the inspection. He was not satisfied with the quality because this is the second time this has happened and is not recommending them for this reason. They need to know and do their job properly.

Carlota said when she arrived at this business she was not greeted and had to sit there awhile. They were busy but someone could have greeted her and told her that they would be with her shortly. After they had been working on her vehicle for an hour, she had to go back and check on her vehicle. Things escalated to the point that she left because she was so angry. No one communicated with her nor did they tell her how long her vehicle would take to be finished. She was very displeased with the service advisor. The advisor did not even go over the vehicle's multi-point inspection.

Gregory said he went in for an oil change and to fix a hole in a tire on his vehicle, so he could go on a road trip. The tire on his vehicle is still leaking and the pressure in the other tires was low. The service explanation could have been a little better. He was not completely satisfied with the quality of the work because of the reasons stated. He would recommend this business because of the previous experiences.

Leeann said she was not satisfied with her service experience because she had an appointment for an oil change and it took them over 3 hours before her vehicle was even on the lot. She called back, hours later, and her vehicle still was not ready. They never gave her a call about her vehicle. They did not have the right information and they took extremely long when she already had an appointment set up. She dropped her vehicle off at 1:30 pm and she called around 4:30 pm and it still was not ready. It was close to 5:00 pm when she was finally able to pick her vehicle up. Her service advisor never went over her vehicle's multi-point inspection, they did not really talk to her. She was not given an explanation of the service paperwork or service work performed on her vehicle. She only went in for an oil change.

Travis said the speaker stopped working 3 weeks after purchasing the vehicle. He has been in 3 times and the issue has not been fixed. He had to keep calling and pushing for updates. The service advisor did not answer his questions. Someone could have followed up to make sure he was taken care of.

Amber said this business did not give her a promised date and they did not contact her with updates on the status of it either. When she called to ask about it, they did not get back to her with an answer for another 2 hours and then they hung up on her. They did not provide her with any explanation of the service and they weren't very nice in person either. This business could improve by providing better customer service and apologizing to their customers when a mistake has been made.

Elvina said the guys were nice and friendly. They gave her 2 horrible rental vehicles and one of them acted like it didn't want to start. Her vehicle was delayed but she was not given a reason for the delay. They were working together with a new facility and they did not explain this to her but they should have because the paint work was horrible and she did not like the affiliated facility.

Lawrence said he picked up his vehicle and when he arrived home, he received a e-mail saying there were a few things that still needed to be done. He left because they did not inform him of this while he was still there. His vehicle was 10 minutes later than promised but he is not sure why. He suggested they work on better communication. He would not recommend this business for service because they failed to inform him about his vehicle when it was most opportune to do so.

Karen said she had an oil change on her vehicle. There was a leak after the oil was changed and a part was replaced for it to stop leaking. She lives an hour away and had to take two trips for that issue. Dwayne made things right to get her vehicle going without any leaks. Overall, the work was done to her satisfaction.

Arthur said the attendant that delivered his vehicle did not do his job. He left the plastic covers on his seats, and there was trash, and papers left in the vehicle. They did not bother to wash his vehicle, before returning it. He said they could serve him better by inspecting his vehicle, before returning it. Their service has continuously fallen off for his last 2 visits.

Jonathan said his experience at this business was a little bit of a hassle. The key for his vehicle, with buttons to unlock the doors and trunk, broke. He went to them for a new key. He waited an hour for them to make a new key and program it, but when he got the key, he noticed it did not have a trunk button. He talked with them and made plans to bring it back to have them make another new key. After waiting for an hour to have the second key made, when he got home, he found his wife's key did not work anymore. He is planning on returning to them for a third time to have his wife's key reprogrammed.

George said this business kept his vehicle way longer than he was expecting them to. He brought his vehicle in on a Monday and was told that his vehicle would be ready by Friday. It took two weeks for the vehicle to be returned. The reason for the delay was due to them ordering the clips for his vehicle wrong and then they broke, so they had to order the clips again. He was told he would receive a call back from the employee he worked with, but they never called him back so he had to call them back instead. By the time he got his vehicle back, he did not care about having the work explained to him so they did not do that. This business made things inconvenient for him and he had to worry about his rental vehicle.
