He did not elaborate on the cause of the delay or how late the vehicle was, other than to say that they gave him different dates to when his vehicle would be ready. Francis said the facility was having some technical difficulties when he came in. The employees were courteous and tried to get his vehicle back to him as soon as possible. He was told his vehicle would be ready between 1PM and 2PM. It was ready between 4PM and 4:30PM. He had an all-day wait for a simple task.

Ralph said the handling of the financing could have been better. Dariel, unlike all of the other sales representatives, actually spoke to him and did his job well by selling him a vehicle. He will not recommend this business because none of the other sales representatives spoke to him, so he is unsure of their customer service.

Mahogany said she is usually offered a car wash after work is done on her vehicle. This time, however, a car wash wasn't offered. He does not like the way his vehicle was washed. They left dust on it. He requested they clean the windshield and was told they did not have time. They asked if he could do it himself. Kevin said he was satisfied overall, but a little confused. His advisor this time told him there was more work that needed to be done on the vehicle than he expected. It was just inspected in August. Now she is telling him it needs $1300 worth of additional work. It was a different service advisor than his regular one he has been using for the past 6 or 7 years. His suggestion of how the business could serve him better is for them to give advance notice of routine maintenance with an estimate of the cost.
