Attempted purchase of a 5n
In August 2026 we attempted to remotely purchase an Ioniq 5N from this dealership. Initially I was told they could not do it remotely unless it was all cash, if it was financed it had to be in person. Then I received a call telling me that wasn’t the case and they would provide me the details. After waiting a week for the details I called them back and was once again told if I wanted to purchase it with financing I had to do it in person because of IL laws. After being lied to like that I sent them links to how to do it remotely, no response. Now I am still getting spam emails from them asking me to come in and purchase another vehicle because the 5N is likely gone…i will get right on that. I do not recommend doing business with these people.
