Our goal is to provide the most accurate picture of a business's online reputation. 1. They said they had a great rate when financing with their bank and we went along with it. Turns out it was awful and almost a percentage higher than the institution we refinanced with.
2. The vehicle needed a SD card and the sales man said he’d get that for us quickly. It’s been 3 months with multiple texts and no response.
3. The biggest frustation has been the inspection on the vehicle, “certified Used”. We don’t believe ours was done. The battery died, 3 out of the 4 tires were bald, Engine oil was black, Air and cabin filters were dirty, alignment is out and the tire liner was missing. The service dept helped us out with the battery and 2 of the tires. Everything else has been on our own. All of this with owning it for 3 months.
With those examples I feel like you need to watch yourself with the sales dept. You are just a “sale” to them with little to no follow up.
I called and left you a message about the heated seats. If for some reason you don't get that message, could you please call me. I have some information about the repairs.
