Always Exceptional Service
I have a car that keeps giving me trouble. First it's one thing, then another. Patrick at Open Road has seen this car way too often. This time it was doing the same thing it had done in the past. Barely getting up to 20 or 30 mph going up hill. I call her my Struggle Buggy. I thought it was the second catalytic converter was clogged again. He had his techs diagnose the issue and found out that one of the ignition coils on top of a spark plug was arcing out the side causing a misfire. He replaced that coil and now it runs much better. Thanks to the guys at Open Road my household is back to regular business instead of the Vehicle Shuffle. You guys ROCK.
