Didn't feel that I was being needlessly upsold this time, though they still insist on recommending oil changes in excess of factory recommendations. Regular service takes an hour and a half no matter what is being done. Quality work.

In regards to the service interval because we in the northeast are considered a severe region we recommend doing the service at 5,000 miles to help with the longevity of the life of the car. "Another great service visit!"
I brought my 2006 Hyundai Elantra in for a checkup, and the service was great as always. The service manager, Peter, was very friendly and explained what was done. They discovered a mouse nest inside my car that I didn't know was there! It was cleaned out, disinfected and deodorized, and they also re-aligned my tires, which I suspected had to be done. They said that my 12-year-old car was still in great shape. Well, that's because I bring it to Prestige Hyundai! A++

"First Visit"
I just purchased my Tucson coming off a 17 year old car. I was very nervous about using a new service/mechanic etc. My old car (Honda) and I knew everyone at that shop.
I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the shop and by the wonderful, friendly 'greeters'.
I anticipate a long and friendly relationship with the mechanics who will make sure my car is performing like a well oiled machine it is!!
