Show me
It would be nice to be shown the mice nest where it is found and not just told a nest was found. Would like to see it in place before removed.

Coffee in waiting area is nice but it could use a television or local radio.

The mechanics at Hyundai Prestige in Kingston are excellent
We have been dealing with Jeff Decker, and the mechanics at Hyundai Prestige in Kingston for a couple of years now and we are extremely trusting of them, their diagnostics and talented workmanship. We had several poor experiences in other locations, where our car was misdiagnosed, costing us a lot of money, and confusion. We lived in another area, but finally we took the vehicle to Jeff and the mechanics at Prestige Kingston, and they found and fixed the root of the problem. As a result of our positive experience with this location, we purchased another Hyundai from the dealer and we will exclusively have our vehicles serviced by them when it comes to any work of a serious magnitude. Can't thank them all enough!

Everything was good. I was shocked when the bill was 63.00 for oil change and service. Did not expect it to be that high. I did not have any problems with any of their work.
Being retired I am very cautious of what I pay.

Call to make sure dealer knows your car is getting towed in.
Prestiege Hyundai is not at fault...roadside repair (or tow truck operator) should give dealer a heads up when a car is coming for repair...especially Warranty work
