The original caller was the girl friend of Paul(?). Conceern was expressed that the car had recently contacted a guard rail and they needed it looked at. She said that the car would not start all the time, it would just crank and crank. There was also concerns that there might be something wrong with the radiator. Testing for the customer concerns found that there were three things that the customer needed to be concerned with.
