Have been having my vehicles maintained at S&M for at least 5 years and although not very happy with the diagnosis of my vehicle's problem or the resultant cost of repair, I have found that the staff has been honest in their diagnosis, understanding concerning my plight and I trust that the repair and diagnosis were done with concern for my safety, while operating my vehicle ,and thoroughness and quality of workmanship. Therefore I am totally satisfied with the resultant cost of repair. I will continue to have my vehicles repaired at S&M.

Office staff were spot on, friendly, professional and the office and customer waiting area was clean. And the mechanical staff know their trade.

Can't say it enough times. Take care of your car and it will take care of you. As I drive 2200 miles a week, I have had to leave this up to S&M auto and they have never made me regret it. We have quite a few other cars in our family and they all depend on S&M auto.

My usual mechanic doesn’t do state inspections and recommend s&m. They were very friendly, quick, and able to fit me in on short notice!

Thoroughness when diagnosing vehice problems and making the necessary repairs. Attention to details that potentially could adversely affect vehicle safety. My personal dealings have always been extremely satisfying.
