Denette said this business told her, the vehicle was ready to be smogged so she had he vehicle smogged and paid the fee. Then, they told her it was not ready to be smogged because the check engine light was just reset, so it was a waste of her money. They said she should have driven the vehicle longer. The people were pretty nice, but she does not know why she had the experience she had at this business.

Hello Dion L, I really apologize for the price changes, I reviewed your invoice and noticed that we originally ordered the incorrect part. Unfortunately there was a price increase for the part needed. I will make sure that we are finding the correct part the first time so we don't have this issue arise in the future. Hector said the business provided good customer service but his vehicle is not fixed. The vehicle had a coolant and is still having the same issue. The business did what they could but are unsure why the vehicle is still leaking. He has taken the vehicle to the business three times to be repaired.
