We've been bringing our 2005 Highlander to TCR II for about 10 years. As the vehicle has aged, it's needed more attention than regular maintenance, but having it fixed is still cheaper than getting a new car. TCR II has been very good at discovering problems and taking care of them at a reasonable price and in a reasonable amount of time.
