Saved the day— again!!!
So, a few days prior to me taking my Jeep in, we’d had nonstop rain in Tucson, which is rare but true!! It had rained 12 straight hours at my house, and I had just pulled in from the running errands, when I tried to shut my rear passenger window. And it was stuck. Stuck down. Stuck down permanently! I was worried with the rainy weather it could get wet inside, and I was also worried that people could get inside my Jeep and steal my belongings or damage the interior, so I took it to Turn 4. They assessed the repair needed & called around… Most of the parts stores were not carrying the regulator that I needed for that, so they kept trying… And finally, they located one at Napa Auto Parts! It was delivered and installed —the entire process from bringing it in, to assessing, to locating the part, to fixing was ONLY about three hours! Just a pretty amazing experience AGAIN!! This is THE place to go if you want good and honest and timely repairs done on your vehicle. It’s the only place I’ll ever go… Ever!
