Mike said he liked the business but when they do an oil change, they are supposed to check all the fluids. They did not check all the fluids and he had to replace the rear end.
Tim said the staff at the business could have been nicer. It would have been better if someone acknowledged him when he got there. He was waiting for five minutes before anybody came over to help him.
