I took our Sonata in to get looked at. The trunk wasn't auto-opening when I was in front of it with the keys, I needed an inspection, oil change and new wipers. When Greg, the service manager, realized I would be there a while he offered me a car to drive so I could run down the road and order a new recliner for my husband for Christmas. What AMAZING customer service! I am VERY happy with how my car trunk opens again and my husband is thrilled with his new recliner. This service department has never let me down. They have ALWAYS put the needs of my family and me first. That is why we are on car #4 and considering adding another one to our list. Thank you Service Dept. for being so awesome!
