I had to bring my Hyundai Sonata in for its 90,000 mile checkup. I made the appointment online, and when I spoke to a service representative over the phone to confirm the appointment, he saw that I planned to wait at the dealership while it was serviced. He wanted me to understand how long the wait could be and listed & explained what the checkup entailed. He also gave me the estimated cost over the phone. On the day of service, I brought schoolwork with me (I am a teacher). I was checked in immediately and the process was quick and painless. I got schoolwork done, but not as much as I had hoped, since the work was completed faster than I thought. The service rep went over the receipt's list of services and made sure I was satisfied. The checkout process was also very fast and courteous. The entire process, from the confirmation phone call, to check-in, to check-out was quick, courteous, professional, and friendly. This has been my experience every time I have visited Vision Hyundai Henrietta and that is why I don't mind driving the 35 minutes from home to have my car serviced by them.
