Kim in customer service is the best she let me know what was going on with my car.
My old mechanic that I have been going to for years lost his inspection station.so I was in need of a new mechanic I new of west Jackson and his excellent reputation so I made my appointment with Kim and she was great.let me know everything my car needed and then ask me how I want them to proceed.she didn’t hold up the process kept me in the loop.so this is what I say great service and a big WOW to KIM what a breath of fresh she is,she keeps in contact till the job is complete with even a follow up call to see if you were satisfied.she reminds me of the old customer service you used to get when the customer came first with no up sell to spend more money then you are quoted.
