Learn your inventory
Was pounded by a couple of different Internet sales people via email, phone and text about coming in to took at a vehicle I asked about. Was told great things about this used vehicle. I drive 40 minutes one way, to find out there's a check engine on, squeals badly when starting and running, and pulls hard to one direction. Never would have wasted a trip in if I would have known that. Please state that in the vehicle description on your website, so nobody has to waste their time like I did. Floor salesman was very nice and was the one that informed me of the issues.
