Poor Customer Service
I made an appt for a check engine light and noises from my engine. The earliest date was 2 1/2 weeks later. ONE DAY before my appt I was contacted and told my appt was canceled. That the next available appt would be more than a month away. I was told they had three people only working. THREE! Martha refused to elaborate or put a Mgr on the phone when I repeatedly asked for one. I was not given an alternate Hyundai location, no one tried to make a new appt at another dealership for me, and the fact that my car appeared dangerous to operate with the check engine light one was met with indifference. I remarked that maybe this poor attitude was why only three people worked there. I would think twice before choosing this dealership as they make promises they don’t keep and they don’t care how inconvenienced and in danger they put you.
