Greatness is possible

Excellent vehicle for the money. Fun to drive and responsive. Excellent over speed bumps! Need more dealerships and dedicated dealerships for a true luxury experience. Should have a dual clutch tranny, larger infotainment screen with better graphics

Beautiful car

Love this car I think it’s a beauty, the sleek design and the roar of the engine sold me. I like that it handles anything that is thrown it’s way but I dislike that the cabin is small. I really think this car could be perfect if the cabin was much bigger.

Very Close....

Very close to perfection..... nothing but positive things to say except remote start cannot be done via key FOB. Remote start is only available via smartphone app. Last thing I want to do is take my phone out, and find an app to start my car!!!!!!

Nice car with some issues

The 2021 Genesis G70 (Elite package) is a very nice looking car. For a small car, it has a very smooth ride and the car accelerates powerfully and quickly. Downsides are the "idle stop and go," which must be shut off every time you start the car, and the car's hesitant, rough ride when started in a cold condition. I also find the A/C to be under-powered.

Good car

I would consider purchasing this car. From what I see in the pictures I like this year which is the 2021 over The 2022 I would like to physically see the new model. A lot of power, comfort ,and fun to drive. Provide you with many options I always look for more in a car. Good luck.

Bad dealership

I'm leasing my car through Suntrup Hyundai South. I like my Genesis. I dont like Suntrup Hyundai South. The experience was poor, as their behaviors and actions were patronizing to me. I had to take time out of my day to drive to the dealer to ensure that my Hyundai Sonata 2020 I traded in was paid off. As of this email, I have not received any documentation on lease payments or documents I can take to register my vehicle. I can be reached at 314.536.3603. I like it and i enjoy driving it. When someone wants to ride with me i tell them no, you can't fir in the back seat. It may as well been a 2 door coupe. But, i do enjoy driving it everyday to work and back home. Thank you to all who helped me get this car.

Nice car but some issues

Genesis is trying to become a "high-end" vehicle and could succeed if they would stop using inexcusable decisions. Why take away Genesis sales from certain dealers and create travel issues for more dealers for repair? This will be on my mind when it comes time to trading vehicles. Also if they want to be high=-end, they need to repair their high-end vehicle no matter what. It ain't so high-end if only part of the franchise is high-end.

Nice car but infotainment system needs work.

Title says it all. There is no need to explain any more especially since this survey was way too long and I answered all the questions honestly. The Genesis executive decision to eliminate some Hyundai dealers selling Genesis was not wise. After all Chevrolet dealers also sell Cadillacs.

2021 G70 3.3T Sport

I enjoy the vehicle, but have had issues with the exterior paint and trim from the factory. The dealer advised not correcting the paint spots since it would make the door no longer match the other body panels. The window trim surrounds look faded and discolored after only one winter, and will need some TLC in the spring. The biggest issue I have had is the rear rotors became warped after only 8,000 miles. I took the vehicle to my local dealer (I moved across the country after purchasing the vehicle), and they told me the vibrations were normal with the Brembo brake package. Fast forward to 11,000 miles, and the rear rotors were being scored by the brake pads. The dealer agreed and quickly replaced the rear rotors, but I'm guessing it's only a matter of time before the issue arises again. I like the vehicle, but will most likely only be keeping it until the end of the year.

Great looking vehicle.,, Nice ride

Downgraded since G80 got pricey. But nice car and very reliable.. A plain jane version of the G80 . Servicing and location of dealership was critical in my decision. Nice to have complete maintenance program so really no further costs. Recommend car, but if used to G*), a little sad. Thats life

The G70 is responsive in terms of power and handling which adds to the enjoyment of driving the vehicle. I also enjoy the styling of the vehicle and have received favourable comments from various individuals regarding this car. The warranty on certain mechanical features of the G70 exceeds the warranty on cars that I have previously owned.

Good Value Purchase

I’ve wanted to purchase a Genesis for several years. I bought the G70 because it was a really outstanding value purchase, but in hindsight I should have bought the G80. Both dealerships I went to were very busy and congested so I think I rushed into a decision and probably bought with wrong car.

Amazing car, Dealerships not so much

Aside from the few cosmetic issues Ive had with this car, Trim discoloration, bubble in chrome plating on door, the car is amazing. super stylish and turns heads everywhere i go. The dealerships are horrible although and i will do anything i can to not have to visit one. I have been to 3 separate dealerships and each time was similar. The people there seamed as if they hated their jobs. They never have loaners available and are never able to valet the car in as promised.

Best Bang for the Buck

I can say without hesitation that this is the best car I’ve owned for it’s value. Driving my G70 is truly exhilarating, to put it mildly. I went from dreading my daily commute to looking forward to it each and ever morning. A well balanced sports sedan that comes packed to the gills with technology.

The works good it had nice seats could be a littler bigger and have more features but overall I like it. Road noise not to bad and handles good. Gas is also good not the worse. But you get what you pay for.

Tempest review, my G70

I wish other colors were available other than black on black. The auto hold feature sometimes confuses me because it would cause the car to completely shut the engine off. I would've preferred the G80 because it was my first choice and I would have a little more room. I love the car overall though minus not having the auto wipers and auto trunk close feature.

Fun to Drive

This car is stylish and fun to drive. The safety features are great. The technology is easy to use and very functional. This is my third Genesis and I really like it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the maintenance availability is extremely lacking, if not horrible. They need more sincerely certified service specialists that can actually work on Genesis cars.

Sleek Luxury for Good Price

I love the sleek and sporty design and look of the 2021 G70. The front and back end are especially sleek. Love the LED headlights. Seats are comfortable, backseat is small, but I do not typically have more than myself and spouse in the car. Trunk has adequate space. Feature I wish it had--air conditioned seats/steering wheel since I live in AZ. And only thing that I dislike is the nav system. It rarely works and has a lot of room for improvement.
