2023 Genesis GV-70 3.5 Sport Prestige

beautiful car. definitely turns heads. most comfortable vehicle I have ever been in. well worth the money spent. hopefully the minor electrical problems can be diagnosed correctly and fixed. but overall I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking into a higher end car. compared to some others like the Porsche Macan and Audi SQ5 the value for your money can't be beat.

My gv70

I love this car it does everything!! I love to drive it it’s very stylish and it can move out when needed sound system is great not noisy when sun roof is back car is very quiet and gears are very smooth love the dial for the gears ! Love the different colors you can make the inside !!

Overall Good , need some improvement inside the car and mobile applications. Wind noise is more and weather app is not updating in regular intervals. Trunk space is small not as expected. There is no options for type c port and there is no wireless CarPlay while other’s premium cars have wireless car play

GOT IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!

I've purchased four cars prior to this purchase which is my first luxury car purchase. I believe I got it right the first time. Genesis thought of everything and I think I'll be a Genesis-Girl for life! I'm already thinking of which color I'm going to purchase next!

Great vehicle

I replaced my Avalon with this vehicle, my first SUV. I’m really enjoying driving my Genesis GV 70 and all the great features it has to offer. It is very stylish, and has a great navigation system. I also really like the back up camera and automatic parking brake.

Dealer Problem

Overall is excellent but icoms on drivers steering wheel very confusing. Too many duplicate controls. Seating could be more comfortable. Rear shade in trunk should be easily removable. No explanation on how it can be done in Manuel. Drive selector is not easy to turn

What a vehicle!

The Genesis GV 70 caught my eye about a year ago. When considering a new vehicle, I shopped Mercedes Benz GLC 300 Coupe, BMW X4, and the GV 70. The GV 70 was by far the prettiest of the three, performed better than the M/B or BMW, and was a far better value. I made the right decision by buying the GV 70. You will too.

2023 GV70

I have been a GM SUV owner. Over the years I have owned 8 from the Blazer era through the Trailblazer era and 4 Equinoxes (Premier trim). I have always been very happy with these but decided to look into the luxury SUV options. I seems that there are many BMWs, Audis and Lexus products on the road and I am sure they are all very nice. When researching my options, Genesis wasn't even on my radar since their entry into the SUV product line is relatively new but I decided to take a look. The GV70 was the right size for us. I am generally reluctant to buy into a new line of product that has not had maturity but I really liked the GV70 story and decided to take a closer look/test drive. The GV70 was very nice and won the contest for me. While the Genesis network is relatively scarce in my geography, the ownership story, warranty, service story and value closed the deal. I have some nits about the vehicle and one disappointment I hope I can resolve with customer service but overall very happy with the GV70 and looking forward to a long relationship.

Best compact SUV for the money

I have been driving this vehicle for 7 months and have over 13,000 KM on it. Went with the 2.5T Prestige in burgundy with suede seats. It is the first New car I have owned though I am nearing retirement age. This is a great value and definitely the nicest I have ever owned. My only concern is that there have been a few problems already. The rear differential started making noise at only 1,200 KM and needed to be replaced. This was done about a month later and has not reoccurred. Someone hit the front corner and did what looked like minimal damage but repair costs were $12,000! The headlight is $5,000! Won't look good on the carfax report. The steering gets very heavy when it is cold so they are replacing the rack. The transmission is having issues as it will not shift up and down in town or on the highway without playing a bit with the accelerator. That will be looked at tomorrow but I have spent so much time fixing things after only 7 months, I hope this doesn't continue! Rear end and transmission problems are extremely common with these vehicles on the forums. The service has been excellent so I haven't given up yet but I'm tired.

Couldn't be happier with my GV70.

I've had this vehicle for over a month now, and I can't think of a single negative thing to say about it. In every department, it has far exceeded my expectations. Elegant design both on the exterior as well as in the interior, comfortable yet sporty ride, quiet cabin, the build quality is top notch. I've had so many compliments by people on the street. Genesis is killing it with their vehicles!

Great SUV

overall good vehicle. fun to drive, lots of features, good quality. good looking especially exterior and great purchasing experience small things that I wanted but not aware of it is not installed HDA2, wireless carplay one of the door is squeaking which is disappointing.

Front license plate holder should not be on grille. Takes away overall beauty

The front license plate holder should not be on the grill. It takes away the overall beauty of the vehicle. Genesis engineering needs to overcome this glaring flaw. The front license plate holder on the grill takes away half the beautiful grill look. Please fix this for current and future owners.

Love My G70

I have had my car for a month but have not driven it often yet bc I am still trying to figure out of the many features. I am very happy with this investment. The interior and color of exterior is very eye opening. Not sure about gas consumption yet but will evaluate as I drive the car more. Wish there was more trunk space.

BEST MID SIZED LUXURY SUV ON THE ROAD

GENESIS OF NORTH CHARLESTON AND SAL IMBRUGLIA ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST. HOWEVER WHEN GENESIS GOES FULL ELECTRIC I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER GENESIS. IT'S BOGUS COMMITMENT TO CLIMATE CHANGE IS ABSURD. THE FOSSIL FUELS USED TO BUILD, CHARGE, MINE ETC. ARE MUCH HIGHER THAN A SIMPLE MILD HYBRID OR TRUE HYBRID.
