Very Unhappy

The car does not have bluetooth connectivity and I was not made aware of this prior ro signing the contract. Also there were 3 recalls on the car that were extremely difficult to get scheduled to be fixed. Also when I took the car in to be fixed they were supposed to replace the front and rear wiper blades. This was not done and additionally the car was returned to me with 1 missing the passenger side wiper blade. I called repeatedly to get reimbursed (I have photos) but no one called me back. I had to replace the wiper blades on my own and an additional expense. Communication while my car was being serviced was terrible. I could not reach my service person to find out when my car would be ready.

Love my GV70

Love this Car but the only change that needs to happen is REAR A/C is not up to Luxury standards. My Daughters Chevy has way better rear a/c sad!

My GV70 sports prestige review

I love the vehicle. My only real gripe is the turbo intercooler radiator that is placed incorrectly way too low and with no protection. Because of this I really think this should be replaced under warranty. Also when you call connected services they should give you real answers. I don’t trust them anymore three times I was told I had to call Sirius/XM to fix the stations not recording after an update around April of 25 I think but after two updates the last in January of 26 I think it started to work again flawlessly like before. Why can’t they just say we are aware of the problem and working on it instead of blaming someone else.

Decent vehicle, but not great dealership services

Vehicle has been good for last 5 months of ownership. Recently, started some unusual driving shakes on initial startup and brought car in for known steering TSB. Got the vehicle back but now steering is off so car won't drive straight without turning the steering wheel to a slightly off angle. Have to go back to have the fix this. Wish there were more dealership options.

Very pleased with overall quality

Replaced a Acura RDX with the GV70. Very pleased thus far. Performance is about the same. Transmision is better responsive. Only draw back is seating is not as firm on bottom as the RDX however the back of seat hugs well.

Good

Car is nice. Electronics need improvement. Apple play not good. Seat adjustment when entering car sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t work. Suspension got soft after first year. Handling went down after first year.

Most overrated vehicle

It's not a bad car, but the seats in the car are very uncomfortable. Maybe if there was a better dealership in the area other than Winston-Salem North Carolina maybe that would make a difference but they don't fix anything. They just wanna argue with you.

Luxury Ride

The Genesis GV70 is just right in size; has a large enough trunk to accommodate for golf, beach,and large shopping excursions. The ride is smooth and powerful. The additional "cooling seat" feature is especially wonderful in the hot climate. It has a great sound system and looks just as good as other higher end cars.
