Hoping this is no indication of what’s ahead

We’re hoping this is no indication of what’s ahead, it’s been only a year and the amplifier has died and needs replacement, no sounds whatsoever no blinkers no radio no Apple play no warning beeps. It was even worse when the dealer Gettel Lakewood Genesis in Bradenton FL didn’t have one available and we had to wait 10 days for a replacement, and the dealer doesn’t offer a loaner car to repair, how does this make any sense to anyone about providing customer excellence?

Comfortable!

After driving Infinity, Mercedes Benz, & two BMW’s, I bought my Genesis. When I had issues with the rotors at 8,000 miles, corporate fixed the issue and they replaced them. I couldn’t be happier that a company ACTUALLY STANDS BEHIND their product!!!

It's almost a 5 star car

Few things...I have previously owned a Mercedes C class for 8 years, a Lexus NX for 6 years and in 2025 leased my GV70 Advanced. What I love...the quieter "growl" of the engine that my other cars had; the fact that it does not have run flat tires and is supplied with a real spare tire; the same luxury features as the other cars, i.e., the folding heated mirrors, the power liftgate upon approach, the safety features are plentiful but your choice of which, the seats are comfortable and heated, the ambient lighting is just enough. I do like the Genesis app however. What I hate/dislike: I HATE where the front license plate rests on the grill! It kills the entire look of the car! You don't stick that on the grill of a Bentley do you?? The radio is waaay to large on the screen and having to lose navigation if you dont allow it on the corner of the same screen. I am not sure the seats are leather or pleather. I hate that the seats are not air cooled. I hate that the heated steering wheel is not automatic as in other luxury vehicles. i hate that it doesn't have heads-up at this price. We all hate the pretty, but fingerprinty plate around the transmission. That's it off the top of my head...

Love my 2025 GV70

This is my second GV 70. This has been the favorite car I’ve ever owned. I’ve had numerous high-end luxury vehicles and nothing tops this interior and ride. I wasn’t able to get a white with the quilted red leather interior on my first so when I was able to get this, I jumped on it. I love it so much. Wanting the GV 80 coupe in the same white w/red leather interior for my next car.

Affordable luxury

This was my first foray into the luxury vehicle market. I am super happy with my GV70 after the first year of ownership. The GV70 is super fun to drive -it has a lot of power with the turbo engine. I love commuting to work in a car that is luxurious and quiet. It definitely turns heads on the highway. I would absolutely get another Genesis in the future.

The car is very sluggish at 20-45mph. I was disappointed when trying to drive in snow. The genesis could not handle a couple inches, my Acura had no problems with snow See comments for further details
