Other than a contaminated brake sensor, no problems. Haven't yet had dealer look at wiper performance

Comfortable and stylish

I like the look and the ride--generally pleased. The Apply Play system needs work--podcasts and third-party navigation don't work together flawlessly. Also, I experience a little more windshield wind noise at high speeds than I like. Disconnecting the rear warning system when towing a bike is a real pain.

Nice car for the price

I had some Audis and some Bmw. This is my first Korean car. I really like the interior and ease of controls. It’s just missing a few features I’ve had on past cars like heads up display.

Disappointed

While car looks nice, lots of small issues which make me question the build quality. Had screen go blank when first got it, wireless apple CarPlay has never worked and dealer basically said nothing they can do. Also if phone is plugged in(since wireless CarPlay doesn’t work), you CarPlay randomly. Also when phone is plugged in it echos so much the person you are speaking to can’t follow the conversation Overall while it rides nice- very disappointing experience Looking to trade it for a Lexus

Good but not Great - Work to Do

Comfortable, good looking and contains most features one would expect at this price point. However, its key misses (lagging software, unavailable digital key except for highest possible trim level, and horrible gas MPG) means there are many better vehicles in this price category. If you’re going to compete at this level, do it right the whole way.

Don’t buy without checking that your local dealer might drop Genesis

I love my GV70, but Genesis is forcing the Hyundai +Genesis dears to build new building for the Genesis line. My dealer dropped the brand instead of building a Genesis exclusive building. Now my dealer is an hour and a half away. That sucks!

Genesis GV70

I love the car. It looks great, handles well, and is a pleasure to drive. There's not much to point out for you to consider. Sometimes, not often, when I start the car I need to reboot the system to get the audio back up and running. The dealer guys showed me how, and said it isn't uncommon. Also, I wish it took regular gas. Finally, my trim package doesn't include front end collision warning. I wish I knew that when I bought the car. I probably would have purchased the next higher option package. There's a lot of tech in the car - more than I will ever use. But the engineering is impressive. Overall, I'm happy with my Genesis.
