it's gre-a-e-a-e-a---t!

My wife and I have owned and/or leased multiple luxury brands including Mercedes Benz, Lexus, Infiniti and Land Rover I could go on and on but suffice it to say that our experience with Genesis is a beautiful, stylish, high performance vehicle with lots of cool gadgets that actually improve the driving experience...The car is comfortable, performs exceedingly well and the safety features cannot be beat! While not an economy car to be sure, the price is certainly commensurate with the quality, features and style...and, I will state again that my experience with Genesis of Cherry Hill has been nothing but first class...they are professional from beginning to end. The sales staff is extremely helpful without being pushy or aggressive...the service staff is very accommodating and efficient and the chocolate bars that they reward us with are an unnecessary but very much appreciated extra touch. We live a full hour from the dealer and their valet service makes servicing very easy/peasy the drivers are polite, neat, clean and respectful. Overall I can simply state that our experience with everything Genesis has been outstanding.

Pretty

It’s really a great car I give it a 4/5 because sometimes the audio/music goes super grainy when listening to Apple Music. It’s happened 5 times at this point and the first time it happened the whole dashboard turned off while I was driving.

2026 Genesis Gv70

This car truly delivers a luxury experience. It’s extremely comfortable and packed with great features that make every drive enjoyable. The ride is smooth, the gear changes are seamless, and the acceleration feels strong and responsive. One thing I’d love to see improved in future models is storage space, as the center console, glovebox, and trunk are a bit smaller compared to similar vehicles. The ambient lighting looks great, but it would be amazing to have more customization options like changing colors, adjusting brightness, or syncing to music like some Mercedes and newer Tesla models. I also wish there were three seat memory buttons instead of two for added convenience. Overall, this vehicle is an excellent introduction to luxury and I’m very happy with it.

Horrible telephony audio. Decent drive.

I need your CEO or Chairman to read this! On the category that is super-important, yet hard to quantify until it's too late, Genesis is not measuring that criteria. That criteria is the performance of when I make phone calls with people. Genesis is targeted to high end customers who might have otherwise chosen a Mercedes Benz. These people, like myself, tend to be executives. I'm on a lot of meetings and often need to be in meeting calls while driving some where. Every far end person complains how badly I sound ever since I switched to a new car (Genesis) from my previous car (Honda). This is very embarrassing. And just by chance, my company provides audio software technology to most OEMs in the world (not Genesis yet). We also provide audio technology to Mercedes Benz. So I'm very aware of the technology stack needed to get the high performance in all aspects of audio, from Telephony, to voice UI, to chimes and alerts, to sound systems. The Genesis is particularly unaccepted when it goes into Carplay mode. It completely fails in acoustic echo cancellation, so the far side hear their own echo when trying to talk on the phone with you. When not in Carplay mode, and just in Bluetooth mode, the echo problem is gone, however, people complain that it sounds like I'm in a tin can. This is because the voice processing is lacking more full spectrum. Most other premium cars have much better processing than this. It's a pity that other part of the car is nice but bad audio really cuts into the overall experience. If Genesis is interested to improve the audio experience, which in my mind is the most important now adays, they really should consider contacting my company. DSP Concepts as soon as possible. Especially given Genesis' desire to compete with Mercedes Benz. -Chin Beckmann, CEO of DSP Concepts.

It's a treat to drive my Genesis GV70

The GV70 is the most comfortable, responsive, well-engineered and technologically advanced vehicle I've ever owned. I bought the car in December 2025 and since then I've experienced just three issues. First, there are too few cupholders. My Audi Q5 had a cupholder on the inside door panel plus the two in the console. I miss the door panel holder. Second, the cupholders are too small. We have a couple insulated drink containers that don't fit - the cupholders are too small. The third issue is that water leaks into the trunk area when I go through the carwash. This is a real inconvenience as I have to open the trunk and wipe it down each time I wash the car.

Still room for improvement

The vehicle is a luxury so I would rather have all the features with the base model including continuous video recording rather than having to purchase a dashcam, the performance lags a bit and the steering wheel can get rid of some of the clutter. Overall driving experience is really good the main improvement would be in the maintenance and post purchase service that we would expect from a luxury brand.

My Genesis

The computer screen was updated and it started blinking on and off, took it to the car dealer and they were not able to determine what the problem was. I’m still waiting. The entire system has to be replaced and the actual service place needs to update car owners on a daily basis the actual service Shop isn’t on the premises with the sales Shop. Also, my car had 26 miles on it. It’s now at 12 miles. Why is my car being driven around?
