Failed Expectations

We have experienced a high speed front end shimmy/shaking of the vehicle since originally purchased. Five attempts to repair have not resolved the issue.

Good but not what i expected

I previously owned a Hyundai Pallisade Limited. It had all the features I wanted. IE: lane change assist, heads up display, large trunk, large console for some examples I leased a GV70 advanced.. none of the previous features I am used to.

Nice car - better than my Tucson

It's a nice car - better than my Tucson - I hope it lasts as long as the payments. There are a lot of rattles and squeaks - too much plastic- but it's a nice ride, great performance, and gas mileage better than expected.

Get car ........... service needs to be improved!

Everything about the vehicle itself is outstanding. Great ride, quiet cabin, all the modern features and plenty of power. However, your service department needs a serious upgrade especially when it comes to your system of vehicle pick up and delivery back to your customers home. I made my reservation almost a month in advance, and when it came time to get a very basic 6000 mile check check up completed, it took more than a day. You need to streamline that system where the customer can get the car picked up in the morning and get it delivered same day in the late afternoon. To keep it overnight is not acceptable. If probably managed, it should take no more than five or six hours from actual vehicle pick up to customers residence return. Your customer service phone system also needs to be updated.

Absolutely amazing vehicle

This is an amazing vehicle. The build quality, ride comfort, and performance is perfect. The interior is materials or what you would expect in a much more expensive vehicle. The handling is solid and feels like many German vehicles I had had before.

Powerful But Sporty

I love the powerful engine and the sleek design. It is super fun to drive (very responsive) and it looks great. It took me a little while to learn how to control the entertainment system with the steering wheel controls (it was not intuitive), but it's no problem now. The Apple Car play is a little glitchy, it will sometimes drop, but it usually jumps back on within a few seconds. Overall, I'm very pleased with the quality for the price.

Love my car

I traded in a 2025 Lexus NH for my 2026 Genesis GV70. It is a very comfortable car. It drives and rides well. There’s only 1 thing it doesn’t have that I wish it had and that is a review camera. That’s not a backup camera, it’s a camera that displays traffic behind you in the rearview mirror. The picture is clearer than a regular rearview camera.

Bad tires even though they new. Not made for all weather and soon as it is bumped it dents. The doors and make of the car needs better stronger more durable parts
