Genesis G70 Review

The overall design, comfort, ride and performance is very good. The complaint I have is the warning lights stating the battery is being drained by an outside device keeps coming on. The dealer checked the battery and there is no issue. They stated Genesis is aware of the problem and hopefully a fix is coming soon. Very annoying.

My Genesis GV70

I leased my Genesis last year, after leasing my Hyundai Tucson, and I LOVE this car. After previously driving a 2004 Jaguar XJ, I feel like I’ve found my “luxury” car again.

Runs great

My only issue is all the bells and whistles, there is a learning curve. The manual is not a good source for how to.

Disappointment

For a 64k car you would not expect a roof leak, but sure enough, water stains on the interior. I always associated top of the line with the Genesis brand, but this has been a challenge to love this vehicle from the start. I will be getting rid of this vehicle because of the poor Quailty issues experienced. Being in sales I would have been a great spokesman for your brand, but my car just goes to prove that all cars nowadays are just a waste of money. Very disappointed in this vehicle.

Failed Expectations

We have experienced a high speed front end shimmy/shaking of the vehicle since originally purchased. Five attempts to repair have not resolved the issue.

Good but not what i expected

I previously owned a Hyundai Pallisade Limited. It had all the features I wanted. IE: lane change assist, heads up display, large trunk, large console for some examples I leased a GV70 advanced.. none of the previous features I am used to.
