So far I love everything about this vehicle. The style. It’s performance. The safety features. I have received a ton of compliments from other individuals, known and unknown, who enjoy the look of the car and wanted to know how it performs. Many were unfamiliar with the Genesis brand

Highway Cruiser

My wife and I wanted a vehicle for taking long driving trips. We wanted the capacity of an SUV and wanted the ability to drive on rough or snowy roads. We wanted something very calm and quiet at highway speeds. We wanted modern "self-driving" features to make long driving days easier. The GV80 fit the bill. We looked at the GLE, but it's reliability record and high maintenance costs turned us off. We looked at the MDX and it was a close second. It just wasn't quiet enough. We also consider the XC90, but it looks dated and we weren't happy with the highly stressed 4-cylinder.

Genesis Review

I love this car! So fun to drive, very easy to drive. I love the massage feature on the drivers seat especially on long drives. The color I chose is fantastic mix of champagne and silver. The interior is great too beautiful. The navigation system is one of the easiest ones I’ve ever used.

Enjoying it so far

Honestly I dont think there's anything wrong with the vehicle, the only thing I could think of is getting the digital dash and different color of interior. Mine is currecntly black and vanilla, I wouldve prefered beige and brown. The car rides nice but I still didn't get to try it full power because I'm still training the enginge. So far it's been very comfortable and fun to ride in, the speakers are truly amazing. Everytime I'm in the car I just wish I could see how beautiful the exterior is. Everybody is complimenting me on the looks and comfort, it's truly a big change from my older car (Cadillac srx 2014).

Great Experience. Great vehicle. I really enjoyed working with the dealership and staff. They were very friendly and made the buying experience very enjoyable. I absolutely love the GV80! It has great styling and performance. Thanks to everyone at Morrie’s!

Overall vehicle performance has been excellent. There are some expectations for a vehicle in the luxury category that are not met. See other comments included in response on ride and noise quality. Further comments are redundant. Survey asks very simliar questions over and over.

Impressive!

Every attention was paid to detail when they designed this car! The nappa leather seats are so comfortable with many seating adjustments available. There are so many different options on how to interact with the many abundance of features this car has and they are so convenient. The large screen is easy maneuverable while driving and user friendly. The 3.5 Turbo Prestige is the way to go!

I love my new GV80

The Genesis GV80 is a great looking, great riding vehicle and is fun to drive. I get a lot of looks while driving because most people have never seen a GV80. I have even had people pull up beside me and give me a thumbs up. The vehicle gives me a sense of accomplishment as well as reliability. It is truly a luxury SUV at and affordable price.

Great SUV, terrible customer service

Our GV80 is a terrific SUV. We considered Audi, BMW, VW, Kia, and Toyota, but bought the GV80 based on style, performance, and price. Genesis has a winner here, but their after-the-purchase customer service is going to hinder them unless they want to step it up to compete with other luxury car companies. Emails and phone calls to Genesis North America were never returned when I had questions about the vehicle.

New GV80

There isn’t anything I do not love about this car. It is extremely comfortable on long drives. It feels secure on the road. Acceleration is outstanding. It is so quiet inside that when I have the forest sounds on I have caught myself looking at the back sheet to see where the cricket is! I have had a Lexus RX and Subaru loaded Outback before this and this is a superior vehicle in every way.

Great vehicle needs minor attention

This may be the best vehicle I have ever had but I don’t get feeling Genesis is trying very hard to resolve minor issues when they arrive. I expect an answer with a day or two. Minor complaints have dragged out for months now. Things like floor mats not fitting is inexcusable. If the manufacturer can make something as simple as that, something is wrong!

beautiful inside and out. Doesn't look like every other SUV on the road. Smooth power and quiet. Lots of backseat legroom and luggage area is large. Love the detailing inside and the styling of the door panels. heat and ac controls for those in the back seat.

Love to drive the vehicle; very responsive. Excellent vehicle for the price and the luxury finishing are quite amazing. The backseat passengers have plenty of legroom. The Genesis support team as well as the dealership are very responsive to your needs. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

GV80 is Superb

Our 2021 Genesis GV80 is a wonderful SUV. We decided on the Advanced Trim so we could get the 20 inch wheels. Beautiful in and out, love driving it. Fuel economy is average but ability to use regular gas is very nice. Technology and safety are top-notch.

Not sure what this means

I was impressed with the various reviews. I love the look and design I found this survey much to long. Why must i use a minimum of 250 characters. It should be much shorter Also, i believe the survey needs to be updated. When you ask for dates it does not go beyond 2019,.

I love the big screen can be controlled simple touch. Also have relax different sound mode Can be controlled by remote APP Very easily. This function is amazing and works very well. Auto pilot system works very good also. I use this auto pilot system always While I drive highway.

Beautiful and thoughtful design.

Luxury meets functionally with the GV80. The exterior is stunning and the interior is comfortable with every bell and whistles imaginable. It has great pick up when needed and the car is very solid. The safety features are excellent and there is amble storage in the trunk.

Love this car

I haven’t gotten excited about A car like this n a very long time. I saw the GV 80 on line and in some ads long before it was available for sale and knew it was a car I wanted to see and drive. I started looking at the vehicle at a local dealer once it arrived and a few months before I purchased. I compared to a number of other vehicles and from the first test driv, I knew I wanted to buy the car. The looks are striking from every angle. Luxury throughout, inside and out. Technology, power, comfort, looks, sound—there is nothing. I don’t like! And it continues to turn heads every time I drive it.
