Enjoying it so far

Honestly I dont think there's anything wrong with the vehicle, the only thing I could think of is getting the digital dash and different color of interior. Mine is currecntly black and vanilla, I wouldve prefered beige and brown. The car rides nice but I still didn't get to try it full power because I'm still training the enginge. So far it's been very comfortable and fun to ride in, the speakers are truly amazing. Everytime I'm in the car I just wish I could see how beautiful the exterior is. Everybody is complimenting me on the looks and comfort, it's truly a big change from my older car (Cadillac srx 2014).

Genesis Review

I love this car! So fun to drive, very easy to drive. I love the massage feature on the drivers seat especially on long drives. The color I chose is fantastic mix of champagne and silver. The interior is great too beautiful. The navigation system is one of the easiest ones I’ve ever used.

Highway Cruiser

My wife and I wanted a vehicle for taking long driving trips. We wanted the capacity of an SUV and wanted the ability to drive on rough or snowy roads. We wanted something very calm and quiet at highway speeds. We wanted modern "self-driving" features to make long driving days easier. The GV80 fit the bill. We looked at the GLE, but it's reliability record and high maintenance costs turned us off. We looked at the MDX and it was a close second. It just wasn't quiet enough. We also consider the XC90, but it looks dated and we weren't happy with the highly stressed 4-cylinder.

So far I love everything about this vehicle. The style. It’s performance. The safety features. I have received a ton of compliments from other individuals, known and unknown, who enjoy the look of the car and wanted to know how it performs. Many were unfamiliar with the Genesis brand

Love our GV80

Bought our GV80 in February, we love the styling and have received many compliments from people at shopping centers and gas stations. It is a pleasure to drive, very comfortable and quiet. Smooth ride, spacious interior, our rear passengers love the space and the reclining seats and their own climate controls. No complaints, everything is working as advertised. Very satisfied with our purchase, no regrets.

fun to drive

I cant wait to get on the road this summer and pick up my grandkids , we are driving mid west to florida . i think driving this suv should be easy and not hard my arms. with the driving assist I should be able to rest my arms more and not feel exhausted when i drive 8 plus hours

My 2021 GV80

Excellent vehicle. No doubt it is a luxury SUV, but luxury concierge service has not caught up yet. Genesis should have its own trademarked store rather share facilities with Hyundai. I think it would be a great step in elevating the Genesis brand and service offerings. Another example, I just purchased two Genesis at the same time. I intended to buy only one vehicle, but my wife fell in love with the stying and performance we purchased to Genesis vehicles on the same day. However, I just purchased weathertech mats for my G80 and GV80. The G80 mats had the Genesis name. The weathertech mat for my GV80 did not. I will be sending them back. Accessories for the 2021 GV80 with branding should be available.

Satisfied GV80 owner

This vehicle seems to have it all, great quality ride, the elegant look, comfort, good gas mileage and fun to drive. I would highly recommend the new GV80 to anyone. I am very satisfied with my new Genesis GV 80 purchased from Napelton Hyundai in North Palm Beach, Fl. I had the greatest professional salesperson Mr. Dmitri Noel very knowledgeable and helpful.

Wonderful Luxury SUV

It does not get much better than the GV80 in terms of Mid-size Luxury SUVs. Value and Quality are on par with the best of them. If you are looking for high quality, high comfort, and high luxury; the GV80 is all you need! It is quiet, well built, and aggressive when needed. I absolutely love the vehicle!

Great luxury vehicle without luxury service

I believe our review already addressed our disappointment with the lack of quality going through service. I don't know why there are no luxury loaner vehicles available, why there is not a single contact person to make a customer feel not like the number the car tagged with, customer should not have to remove plastic to keep vehicle clean (which I still think the dirt on the suede roof is from this (I have yet to attempt cleaning but thankfully we purchased this package), why did it take more than an hour to confirm that it doesn't accept gas only to the reschedule a follow-up appointment (and I do know how to fuel a vehicle), time is valuable and I don't have spare time to sit in service waiting for a brand to car to be repaired, I purchased the top of the line luxury suv and do not want to drive a high mileage basic car, why were we charged for $40 gas without being told how much was put into the tank and cost per gallon, the time of repair completion seems to always be unknown... I could go on but I'm sure that you have heard that I am frustrated and if I would have known how I would be treated in service, I would have purchased another brand that I did not have to wait a year for and had to settle on a color that I did not select. I hope you realize how poor customer service ruins a product brand. Again, the GV80 looks great and is even greater to drive. However, I dread heading back to service even if only for an oil change. We likely should not have pre-paid maintenance.

THE MOST IMPRESSIVE AUTOMOBILE

I am amazed at this vehicle! Everything about it is five star! The luxurious interior is designed for comfort and usability. The exterior design is unique and stunning. Great car

Excellent car, tremendous features and styling. Technology is impressive, value for money is great as well. It is a Bentley or Audi at much less the cost. I’d recommend the gv80 for anyone who has owned a luxury car and is looking for an outstanding experience.
