FIRST IMPRESSIONS WERE FOLLOWED BY EXTREME SATISFACTION

I read many reviews (all positive) about the GV80 and wanted to test drive and buy the vehicle if it met all my criteria. This vehicle has met and exceeded my expectations. Great exterior and interior styling, more technical features that you would ever want, comfort and safety. Only time will tell if the GV80 will be reliable, durable and retain its value.

Beautiful body style

We saw the Genesis GV80 on the road and loved it. We decided to pop into the Hyundai Dealer in Henderson. Loved the GV80. Then we looked at the Palisade. It was appealing because it sat more people, but we really wanted the GV80. So, we decided to buy it and we just love it. Never any buyer remorse.

My Genesis Experience

First of all, we had a great experience at the dealership,( Genesis of Hattiesburg), the test drive was lengthy and all our questions were answered with a great knowledge of the product they were selling. The car itself is a pleasure to drive, and the bang for the buck, I believe, is unequalled. Looking forward to owning and driving this vehicle for many years to come!

Absolutely love this vehicle

The GV80 is fun to drive. It handles great. I have had it in snow, heavy rain, and fog with no concerns. There are virtually no blind spots and the turn signal camera helps. It is very comfortable and spacious. Both myself at 5'5" and husband at 6'3" find it comfortable. It's always a head turner as it is different than anything else on the market.

GV80

We fell in love with our Genesis GV80 as soon as we saw it and took it for a test drive...would not consider having anything else. We almost got into an accident when a vehicle drove im front of our path...I hit the brakes and was able to maneouver in order to prevent a collision. I feel that if it would have been any other vehicle...I would be paying hospital fees right now.

Made driving fun again

This vehicle I has so many safety features, that I enjoy driving again. I use the lane assist all the time. If I take my eyes off the road for a moment I know I’ll be safe, because it keeps me right where I need to be. And I will not purchase a vehicle that does not have heads up display ,it’s the best safty feature for me.

This a very good quality vehicle

The Genesis GV80 is a good driving machine ,It handles well, comfortably driven car quite different look about it ,people always asking about it. They seem to like it very much, and some just look and don't say anything I like it that why I bought it. my wife drives it every other week because we own a 2009 Genesis Too.

How does Genesis compare? There is no competition!

This car buying experience was brutal for me. I had no idea what I wanted or what was important to me. Having test driven over two dozen vehicles (before the Genesis), I quickly became discouraged. Until I read a Car & Driver magazine's review on Genesis (which I had never heard of). I visited the dealership and was instantly SOLD! Although I didn't make my decision immediately, every car I drove after that didn't compare. Genesis won me over with style, luxury, performance, comfort and although I would have loved to have shaved some dollars off the price, I was happy to pay MSRP. My sales rep was phenomenal and turned my once dreaded buying decision into one I now tell everyone about. Hands down, Genesis has my vote for best luxury vehicle in it's class!

Love it!

We love our new 2021 Genesis GV80! It has all the bells and whistles we need and more. It is so much fun driving and riding in it at the same time. I get a lot of comments on it. It is definitely a sharp vehicle. So glad we made this purchase to Luxury!! Highly suggest Red Hoagland Genesis for your Genesis purchase!! Super professional and smooth closing!

Great Vehicle

This is my first Genesis and so far so good. I'm really impressed with the looks and drive of this new GV80. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone. I would also work with a dealership that is welling to work with you. I have seen some dealerships charge over msrp for this particular vehicle.

This is a very good vehicle and I have gotten 2 other friends to purchase one each. I enjoy performance and hoped this one would have more and it is very technical and I need help. This is my 178th vehicle and I would put it in the top 20. I wish it had a spare tire.

The car had some small chips on the front fender. I was cover of some sort was not installed I would fix it and would call me in two days. I never heard from them. I called 2 times and left messages which were never returned. It was like they made the sale and forgot about me. I expected better since I spent $75,000 on a car

I am very impressed with this vehicle. It drives very smoothly, the sound is very clear. Need a mechanism to prevent changing gears as opposed to options while driving! I also hope that the display issue with the Navigation System is a setting issue and not a real one.

Great car

Excellent car, tremendous features and styling. Technology is impressive, value for money is great as well. It is a Bentley or Audi at much less the cost. I’d recommend the gv80 for anyone who has owned a luxury car and is looking for an outstanding experience.

THE MOST IMPRESSIVE AUTOMOBILE

I am amazed at this vehicle! Everything about it is five star! The luxurious interior is designed for comfort and usability. The exterior design is unique and stunning. Great luxury vehicle without luxury service

I believe our review already addressed our disappointment with the lack of quality going through service. I don't know why there are no luxury loaner vehicles available, why there is not a single contact person to make a customer feel not like the number the car tagged with, customer should not have to remove plastic to keep vehicle clean (which I still think the dirt on the suede roof is from this (I have yet to attempt cleaning but thankfully we purchased this package), why did it take more than an hour to confirm that it doesn't accept gas only to the reschedule a follow-up appointment (and I do know how to fuel a vehicle), time is valuable and I don't have spare time to sit in service waiting for a brand to car to be repaired, I purchased the top of the line luxury suv and do not want to drive a high mileage basic car, why were we charged for $40 gas without being told how much was put into the tank and cost per gallon, the time of repair completion seems to always be unknown... I could go on but I'm sure that you have heard that I am frustrated and if I would have known how I would be treated in service, I would have purchased another brand that I did not have to wait a year for and had to settle on a color that I did not select. I hope you realize how poor customer service ruins a product brand. Again, the GV80 looks great and is even greater to drive. However, I dread heading back to service even if only for an oil change. We likely should not have pre-paid maintenance.
