Great vehicle needs minor attention

This may be the best vehicle I have ever had but I don’t get feeling Genesis is trying very hard to resolve minor issues when they arrive. I expect an answer with a day or two. Minor complaints have dragged out for months now. Things like floor mats not fitting is inexcusable. If the manufacturer can make something as simple as that, something is wrong!

beautiful inside and out. Doesn't look like every other SUV on the road. Smooth power and quiet. Lots of backseat legroom and luggage area is large. Love the detailing inside and the styling of the door panels. heat and ac controls for those in the back seat.

Excellent Quality

Love to drive the vehicle; very responsive. Excellent vehicle for the price and the luxury finishing are quite amazing. The backseat passengers have plenty of legroom. The Genesis support team as well as the dealership are very responsive to your needs. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

GV80 is Superb

Our 2021 Genesis GV80 is a wonderful SUV. We decided on the Advanced Trim so we could get the 20 inch wheels. Beautiful in and out, love driving it. Fuel economy is average but ability to use regular gas is very nice. Technology and safety are top-notch.

Not sure what this means

I was impressed with the various reviews. I love the look and design I found this survey much to long. Why must i use a minimum of 250 characters. It should be much shorter Also, i believe the survey needs to be updated. When you ask for dates it does not go beyond 2019,.

I love the big screen can be controlled simple touch. Also have relax different sound mode Can be controlled by remote APP Very easily. This function is amazing and works very well. Auto pilot system works very good also. I use this auto pilot system always While I drive highway.

Beautiful and thoughtful design.

Luxury meets functionally with the GV80. The exterior is stunning and the interior is comfortable with every bell and whistles imaginable. It has great pick up when needed and the car is very solid. The safety features are excellent and there is amble storage in the trunk.

Love this car

I haven’t gotten excited about A car like this n a very long time. I saw the GV 80 on line and in some ads long before it was available for sale and knew it was a car I wanted to see and drive. I started looking at the vehicle at a local dealer once it arrived and a few months before I purchased. I compared to a number of other vehicles and from the first test driv, I knew I wanted to buy the car. The looks are striking from every angle. Luxury throughout, inside and out. Technology, power, comfort, looks, sound—there is nothing. I don’t like! And it continues to turn heads every time I drive it.

Great dealership experience drove the car to me during covid to test drive and did all the paperwork at my home! Extremely comfortable and a lot of leg room. powerful engine, looks great. Lots of space in the trunk and cabin. My wife steals my car too lol

Luxurious, beautiful, safe.

GV80 is a fabulous automobile. Drives smooth like a luxury automobile should. Safety features are top notch. This automobile was designed with safety first. The 100,000 mile/10year warranty can't be beat. Test drive one as you'll see what I'm talking about. Please do not call this a Hyundai. While Hyundai's are nice automobiles, Genesis is in it's own class. Definitely a step above for those who like luxury automobiles.

My gv80 so smooth and powerful, I really enjoyed driving. Exterior is beautiful and inside cabin is very comfortable and luxurious.My selection of genesis is good reward to me. One thing little trouble to me ,I still not used to infotainment system very well.

MOST SUVS TODAY ALL LOOK THE SAME. THE GV80 IS THE NICEST LOOKING SUV ON THE PLANET AND THE GENESIS BRAND IS WHERE THE LEXUS BRAND WAS 15 YEARS AGO. TODAY BMW, AUDI, LEXUS, MERCEDES, ACURA AND INFINITI AND ALL OVERPRICED AND BORING. I BELIEVE THE GV80 HAS ALOT OF VALUE. TIME WILL TELL

Overall this the car ive wanted and it a amazing vehicle. Besides the slack in the wheel while driving. It handles well and I would trade it for nothing. But it lack fog lights and being from Florida we have fog light for foggy days but without them I'm still able to see down the rode which is a plus. Well made vehicle luxury at its best.

1 Month Experience With Genesis GV80

The most enjoyable new car I've ever owned. Only had 1 month so far. Exceeding expectations in most every way. The ride, handling, acceleration, noise level, instrument cluster, infotainment modules, comfort, SAFETY FEATURES, exterior beauty, interior beauty. Every feature of this car suggests a far more expensive car, and in fact, some features are not available even at much higher prices.

Satisfied Purchase

I'm very satisfied with my purchase and am glad I made this choice. The only downside about my vehicle is the absence of a CD player which I've been accustomed to. The fact that my vehicle comes with an exceptional warranty was also another selling point and the incentive on my insurance.

My Luxury SUV

This is my first, luxury SUV. It lives up to all the hype I had heard and read about it. I love the interior.The Navigation system paired well with my phone making it easy to make and receive calls. I'm still learning all the tech stuff. I highly recommend the GV80.
