If we could give it zero stars, we would

One of the worst cars we’ve ever had. Dash goes dark, seats rattle, engine jolts/has a delay when you hit the gas (which is obviously dangerous especially when you’re turning across traffic). A/C is extremely weak. Gas mileage is awful. Service was lackluster and basically accused us of lying when we said the dash went dark (a year before we got a recall notice for it). The only good thing about this car is that it’s pretty. We were so excited to get a Genesis and it’s been such a disappointment. We wish we could turn it in early.

Great SUV, incredible comfort, quality. But there is a BIG issue...

We love this SUV, been one of the best purchases ever. We think it offers the best value and supreme comfort and luxury. However the lack of a local dealer for service is a HUGE issue. we used to have a local dealer in Colorado Springs, but it was closed and now the closest dealer is over 2.5 hours away.

Great car

Love our GV80!! Very dependable and comfortable ride. Seats are a little hard. Full of features but takes time to get accustomed to them (especially since I don't drive it daily) We have had no issues with it during the 2 years we have owned it and only 1 recall which was handled in a timely manner about a Genesis at Wolfchase in Memphis.At least 2 other people have bought GV80s after they saw our car.

2023 GV80 issue

Car looks and drives great. Major issue with a creaking noise in the back of the car. Dealership has had 5 times now at less than 17,000 miles on the car. What ever they do to rectify the issue it comes back less than a thousand miles later. Very disappointed in your quality at this point!

Great Car, As long as you don't need technical support!

It is a great car but their customer service and technical support needs a LOT of work. Probably the worst support I've ever had. They never call you back and I finally had to solve the issue on my own through reprogramming the console. Maintenance for the car through my dealership is abysmal. Made an appointment for a concierge pickup and they never showed up. Made a second one and they missed that one too. I brought it in myself for an oil change and another issue with the collision alerts going off when I am at a stop light and there is a car in front of me. They spent and hour and a half discussing that issue and never did the oil change.
