Great attempt at the luxury SUV market with a long way to go

I think Genesis lost sight of why people buy luxury vehicles. Just having a cool car with contemporary styling and technology is not enough to keep defectors from other brands from going back. The Dealer network is very poor and very sparse. The level of service is on par with Toyota or Hyundai and from from Lexus, Mercedes-Benz or BMW

Genesis GV 80 review

I absolutely love my Genesis GV80. The technology is top-notch — from the intuitive infotainment system to the advanced safety features, everything feels thoughtfully designed and easy to use. The handling is smooth and confident, giving it a luxury feel that rivals higher-priced brands. The styling is stunning both inside and out — elegant, modern, and truly stands out on the road. The comfort and features make every drive enjoyable, whether it’s a long trip or just around town. Genesis really got the balance right between performance, luxury, and value. My only major complaint is the lack of nearby dealerships and service centers in my area. It makes maintenance and service less convenient than I’d like, and that might influence my decision when it’s time to purchase my next vehicle. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the GV80 and would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury SUV with exceptional tech, design, and performance — as long as you have a dealership nearby.

Gv80 review

I’ve had my car for two years and have always enjoyed having it until about three months ago. I started having the engine light come on sporadically. I took it in for service. They thought they fixed it and it continued to happen so I have now had a loaner car for almost 4 weeks and they finally think they have figured out that it was a faulty sensor. It now makes me feel a little less sure about my car.

Computer appears to reset multiple setting to OEM values when Genesis updates software. Manchester NH Genesis charges for standard PM at 12K were excessive.

Glad I chose this vehicle. First Luxury brand i have purchased. I get comments weekly on how beautiful the car is and if i like it. I tell everyone the same thing "I love it, it's my favorite vehicle I have owned (i have own many vehicles the past 45 years)
