Great car. Service and dealer community needs training still

Owner of a 2025 GV80 Advanced Plus 3.5T. Love the car overall. Unfortunately dread going to the dealership for anything. Everything feels like an inconvenience for them. No soft skills at all, and just no real effort to keep me as an ongoing customer. Really wish this changes, because the car really is great.

Awesome

This is my 4th Genesis vehicle (2-GV70, 2 GV80). 2025 GV80, is the cream of the crop. My interior is fabulous, my exterior color is perfect. Wheels and rim are of the hook. Great selection.

Caveat Emptor, major software issue

Do not purchase the vehicle without driving using all features on a Freeway. You will not purchase if you like to see over the hood of the car and use cruise control and lane assist at the same time.

Overall love my GV80

I’ve been very happy with my GV80. There are a few things that I’d love to have improved, such as the connection with XM and my iPhone. Also the front screen doesn’t alga display whet I’d like it to.
