Love the car. Thought of almost everything.

Really intelligent design. Only suggestions I have to improve are: - Make rear view mirrors automatically adjustable, and part of the driver profile settings. Frustrating to have to change both the interior center rear view and the exterior left/right rear views every time my wife and I use the car. - Allow shutting the vents completely. Very annoying that there is always air coming through, even when set to zero. - Add massage function to front passenger seat - Touch button to change songs is difficult to use. It's functional enough, but would be much better if it was an actual button or switch and didn't require you to slide your finger over it, which doesn't work all the time, nor allow you to move quickly through multiple songs. - Increase option for programming buttons (I wanted to program it to change songs, to get around the issue noted above) - Improve Genesis App, very clunky and not user friendly. Quality does not match the far itself. Could greatly improve the overall experience if the app was fully functional. Truly disappointing experience that is by far the least luxury thing about the entire Genesis experience. Frankly, it should be embarrassing to Genesis.

Won’t recommend

Car is good to drive and very comfortable. Electronic/interface reliability is horrific. Won’t buy another one because of how frustrating and inconsistent many tech features were. Too numerous to list.

Great luxury vehicle.

This has been a great vehicle so far. We have low miles. Not driving it a lot right now but will in the near future. The only thing I have noticed is the ride is not as comfortable as some other luxury vehicles I have driven. The suspension seems a bit more rigid.

BEAUTIFUL CAR

This is a beautiful car! I get so many compliments about it, almost daily. However, the performance leaves much to be desired. There is an issue where the car cuts off if it’s been idling, or if let let up off of the gas, press the brake, then gas again the transmission downshifts and gets stuck and the car cuts off. The dealer can’t replicate the issue. I can’t wait to get rid of this SUV.

Love our GV80 Prestige

We were retiring and wanted to “treat” ourselves with a luxury suv. We checked out Lexus, Acura, Infinity, Cadilac, BMW, and Genesis. We really thought we wanted the Lexus, but after looking at the Genesis GV80 we knew we had found our SUV. Every thing about the 80 speaks luxury and we have enjoyed being spoiled. Looking forward to many miles of pleasure in the future. It is fun also to notice the heads turning when the 80 slips past. Love our GV80!

Love the Car & Hate the Car - Poor GMA Support

Wanted to try Genesis after owning BMW X5 and VW Touareg. Bought a new top of the line GV 80. During the first 6 months the car was great - high quality interior, smooth ride, simply a great car. The car began stuttering during acceleration, the car shook, it was back-firing and it would start out of the blue and then go away and then come back. Sometimes lasting 2 hours on the highway. Sometimes not there at all. It has been to the dealer twice and for the past 3 months it remains at the dealer. GMA isn't interested in solving the problem. DO NOT BUY A GENESIS PRODUCT - the GMA service is aweful.

It’s Good

I like it I liked the coupe better unfortunately it was a lemon law vehicle. For the value very nice ride but I can’t give it a 5 star due to lots of little issues.

Beautiful Car with some minor annoying issues

Overall, great car. Quiet ride with great acceleration. Have the Prestige 3.5 Twin Turbo. Comfortable seats with great amenities through out. Issues I've encountered are blown speakers, Apple Car Play disconnecting constantly, gas pedal issue, climate control lighting not coming on all the time.
