Bad Design on Windshield Wipers

The windshield wipers do not adequately cover the front windshield leaving a large section of the front glass untouched. Frustrating when you have a 90K car and the whole right top half of the front window is grimy.

Comfort, good camera vision and safety precautions were the best.

Takes some time to get used to all the bells and whistles on the car at your disposal. Love the memory of the pre set seat and mirror adjustments when you sit in the driver’s seat.

2 months and 4500 miles in

Overall, this vehicle is the great value I thought it would be when purchased: luxurious ride and comfort, acceptable power and MPG from the 4 cylinder, thoughtful layout, a boatload of technology, and exceptional styling. The tech is one of my few complaints... While most of it is intuitive and helpful, a few bugs detract from the overall experience. For example, my wife and I each have our own settings for driver's seat, steering wheel, etc. Occasionally, the vehicle decides to adjust to my wife's settings when I exit the car, even when she's not with me. Yes, it's a small inconvenience to adjust it back to my settings when I re-enter... but it's not what one expects in a luxury vehicle. Other than that, I feel like the GV80 is a tremendous value in the midsized luxury SUV segment.

Upgrade from Q7

This is a true luxury SUV with few flaws that performs very well. I have owned 3 Audi Q7's in the past 10 years and the style and technology have gotten a little long in the tooth. The GV80 has been a pleasant upgrade.

Serious contender to other luxury SUV

Beautiful SUV with loaded features (I have the prestige 3.5 T). Drives nicely with okay handling. Appropriate room for driver and passengers. Customizable entertainment system and driver settings. Not the best buying experience from my local dealership. Cool parking feature.

Nice but I was expecting a little more

Great looking vehicle inside and out. Accelerates very fast and breaks efficiently. Has a lot of great technology. Unfortunately, I feel every bump in the road unlike the Lexus **, Cadillac, Chevy Tahoe, SUVs. I wish the gas mileage was better. Feels like I’m going to the pump every 5 to 7 days so that 19 miles per gallon average must be in economy mode with no passengers. And for this price, I should be able to operate the middle folding seats from the front console instead of just the third row seats. I should’ve took my time and shopped around a little longer but great looking vehicle.

Genesis GV 80 review

I love my vehicle, and I am so happy I bought it. I couldn't find one that I liked in the area that I live, so I traveled all the way to Jones Junction to purchase this vehicle. The showroom there was beautiful and certainly added to the buying experience. The sales manager and the sales person made the whole experience pleasant, which is different from every other buying experience I have had. Thank you, Jones Junction.
