Most reliable car I’ve ever owned

Had this 1999 accord for 20 years, and except for normal wear and tear, never had a major problem with it. Original clutch went 190,000 miles everything still going strong at 220,000 miles VTEC engine still has plenty of pep.

1999 Honda Accord- 500k here I come

I love my Honda accord. 1986 I had my first Honda Accord. 2004, I bought my second Honda Accord. 2020, I will not buy anything but another Honda Accord. Great car. 337,000 miles on it now. 500,000 here I come.

Love it.

With all the miles I have on the car it's still a great car. Great mileage & I love driving a 5 speed. My son gave it to me with 171 thousand miles on it & I have put 100 thousand more miles on it. I would definitely recommend this type of car. Not in a automatic transmission though, Boring to drive then.

Honda, 5 speed coupe

I love my Honda Accord. It is dependable & gets great mileage. I have over 271 thousand miles on my car. Although the paint job on a black honda could be better but that's just a California paint law for cars that are older now. The paint doesn't hold. Other than that, great car!

Seems I haven't had a car under 150,000 miles in the past twenty years. Of the 4-5 cars I've owned this one is the smoothest ride; its roomy, has plenty of horses left for power, and is a reliable commuter vehicle.

My wife loves her Honda Accord as do I. It has been problem free for the 19+ years we have owned it and hope to have it for many more. Has just the correct amount of amenities. It's a pleasure to drive. It has always been garaged and expertly maintained by myself and MVP Automotive of Bellport NY.

1999 Honda Accord EX 4 door

Not much to say. One of the best cars I have ever owned maintenance-wise and as common as a kitchen appliance. One of the last, I understand, Accords made in Japan because of the 4 cylinders/ 5 manual speed. Quirks and minor issues? Sure but the car keeps running down the road. I bought this car with over 100K miles and added another commuting for work over bad roads. Great car.

Mine for life

When I bought my Accord, I chose a Honda for its dependability. I intended it to be the last car I would ever have to buy. It's 18 years old, has 85,000 miles on it, is in great shape and will likely outlast me.

17 years and still going

I had purchased my vehicle new so it is a one owner car. I can say that in all that time I have not had one major problem.Basic needs and maintenance. I have fairly low mileage for my year 120,000 for a 1999 Accord. If I had the money I would probably purchase a newer Accord. It is the right size and gas mileage is good to great.

LOVE IT

Love the car and pretty much everything about it. About the only complaint I have is that I wish the steering wheel could adjust a little higher because I feel I don't have enough leg room. Runs forever .
