very economical

I find the car to have more space than its completion. The headroom is good except for the backseat I guess due to it being a hatchback. The wife loves the hatchback and it has plenty of room for groceries and luggage. The fuel economy is great. I'm averaging 56mpg/combined. Acceleration is adequate plenty enough to merge on the interstate. Seats are comfortable. Radio cluster is good plenty of features. I have the SEL it has some very good safety features. I think its a great car for the money. Thanks Hyundai.

Mpg

So while there are a ton of things I love about it. I will mention what is not good, 59mpg is some BS I pull 44-48 everyday and I go the speed limit. The trunk button on the key chain is worthless, not sure why it exists. The 25second delay on the remote start is annoying.

New model

Overall the vehicle drives well. As it is a new model, some kinks are evident and dealer training is not up to speed. The mileage is good but not quite as high as I thought it would be and I'm a conservative driver, not rabbiting from stops or pushing the envelope as I try for highest mileage possible. Navigation and audio system have occasion lock up for audio or nav system doesn't recognize some addresses even though they have been there for years.

A very good solid car, first hybrid

At 75 miles an hour, still average around 45 miles per gallon or better, Four stars because of excessive road noise in the rear. Hoping new tires will solve this problem.

Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid (limited with the Ultimate package)

This car gets tons of bang for the buck! My issues are very limited and except for two of the six, some may consider them somewhat petty.

Love a car

Love everything about this car but the cruise control. Resume should work after going below 20mph and then going above 20 mph. This problem was difficult to identify because all my cars that had cruise control the resume worked after going over minimum speed.

Interesting Ironiq

It's a new car so I don't have a full opinion yet. It does not get the gas mileage (Best mileage so far was a one-time 49 MPG) as promised but neither did my 2006 Prius. It is a roomy, quiet, comfortable car that looks great. Has the current safety features and all the technology that spins ones head around. Does not come with a spare tire which is really dumb. However, they do give you a pump and can of tire sealant go my God go with you. You can get an emergency spare for $300, so add this to the cost of the car. Since it's new, there are not many accessories available yet. No CD Changer but they do offer a USB slot. Comes with the latest safety features which is nice. Careful with the active cruise control. I was in the fast lane coasting behind a car in front of me about two car lengths back when the car changed lanes and left an open gap. The next car in front of me was about 20 car lengths away. My car then sped up to 98 miles an hour. Seems you need to also tell active cruise control how fast you want your car to go. What is the top speed. Hopefully, a highway patrol officer would accept the explanation that my car didn't know how fast it should go. So far seems to be a good car. Like our President Trump said to Attorney General Jeff Sessions....Time will tell.

Impressive MPG and stylish

Comfortable and smooth ride. MPG is as advertised in city and highway - measured 53 ~ 54 MPG on mine. Drives very well up steep Colorado mountain highways using Sport Mode. Sport Mode is zippy and feels like driving a different car. Instrumentation informative and MPG calculations accuracy is spot-on. Fuel level indicator is 1 gallon per bar and can easily estimate 53 miles per bar. Glove box could use lighting when opened. Overall impressed with my first Hyundai vehicle.

Hyundai Ioniq SEL hybrid 2017

Overall, very positive. I enjoy the vehicle. The primary issues I've noticed are twofold: 1) The vehicle pulls slightly to the right when the steering wheel is in the 12 o'clock position; and 2) The automatic transmission seems to have delayed responses when shifting up into the next gear during normal city driving (25 mph to 60 mph). It feels like it lingers in the lower gear for too long before it shifts up to drop the RPM's.

I love this car!

The Ioniq Ltd. is a comfortable full-featured car. The seats are comfortable and easily customized for each of 2 drivers. The ride is smooth & quiet and the mileage is great. I am filling up every 400-450 miles. Rear seat legroom is OK, but would be a bit tight for taller passengers The buying experience at Sansone Hyundai was smooth & efficient.
