Love This Car!!

I'm so glad I bought this car. I live in a hilly small city and still get about 57 - 58 miles to the gallon. In Florida, where the terrain is flat, I average about 62 miles to the gallon. The Ioniq hugs the road, steers easily, has a fairly short turning radius, and has yet to offer me any trouble. Good ride, economical: can't be beat!

Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid Blue

What a great car! To be honest, I was hoping to get an electric vehicle, but with an apartment, this wasn’t practical. After much research, the Ioniq stood out as a great hybrid alternative. Due to the pandemic, I haven’t driven it much, but it is a joy to drive. It packs more start-up punch when you need it pulling out into traffic than I’d expected. It is noisy on the highway (see cons), but other than that, I am very happy with it. Knowing what I know now, I would be happy buying it again.

Great mpg with a few small drawbacks

Tons of space, great mileage. Has been reliable. Road noise is a little on the high side, but otherwise it's a great little car. Looks much better than the Prius (IMO). No issues over 50k+ miles to date.

Fabulous car/less expensive than a Prius!

Sleek, smooth, environmentally efficient, comfortable and great gas mileage. The pick up is terrific and great reliability! While researching for a replacement for the Prius V, this was the car I chose for its roominess, comfort, plug-in capabilities and teh company's environmental impact commitment!

2019 Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid

We have been ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED with our Ioniq, plug-in hybrid. Its multiple safety features, INCREDIBLE mileage (over 60 mpg on long trips; about 130 mpg-equivalent for driving around town as we plug it into our regular 110 volt several nights each week—we typically go 600-800 miles on each 10 gallon tank of gas), electronics, sound system, integration with phone, retractable sunroof, handling, comfortable interior and stylish exterior, low maintenance costs, and well as large rear hatchback storage area are all pluses. We really have not found anything about the car that we don’t like.

Great car!

I just took a business trip to N C putting on 1700 miles. The Ioniq as always was trouble free. A very comfortable car, easy to drive and gets exceptional gas mileage! I checked the gas mileage three times, 58 twice and 60.

Great car

The ONLY thing I find unsatisfactory in my 2019 Hybrid Ionic is I cannot pop the trunk from inside the vehicle. And the trunk only locks when my key is out of range of the vehicle. Hyundai should rethink this feature.

Almost a "5".

The good first, Lifetime warranty on the lithium batteries is super with this being a 2019 hybrid ! Gas mileage is good, some trips were 63 mpg. The bad, the seats were hard and uncomfortable, we solved this by buying some memory foam cushions. Also the tires were 15 inch and should have been at least 17 inch. ( A bigger tire will take potholes better )! And it has hubcaps instead of solid rims. Good news though from 2020 on they put 17 inch tires on, but they took away the lifetime warranty on the batteries!

Excellent experience

It was my intention to buy an electric vehicle, but our area is not yet rich in charging stations. The hybrid backup to the purely electric short-range is a comfort both to me and to my family in case of required area evacuation.

Best I’ve ever had!!!

Solid as an airplane and build like a fuselage. Welded, not riveted, so it doesn’t wiggle or make noise on the road, smooth, silent ride! Brakes evenly, drives smoothly, steers competently, very well made vehicle. Could only use a rear wiper.

Great car with great mileage. We have 5 of them. Have put over 200k on each one highway miles. little trouble but a few issues that had to be fixed on the warranty items. Dealing with a dealer is the worst.

Wrong car

My car is an all-electric Ioniq, not a hybrid. That said, I have been very happy with it and the leading deal that enabled me to drive it. While there were hiccups in the beginning, I have grown to greatly appreciate the car and its performance. As long as it is financially viable, I will only be considering electric cars going forward.

Easy choice to make

Purchasing this hybrid vehicle came at the right time. Our son was hospitalized in a major city approximately 90 miles away. The high efficiency of the hybrid's gas mileage came at the right time when we literally had to travel back and forth everyday for more than a month. I could not have been more happy with the performance. Road handling of the car on the major interstates has been impressive. Inner city and interstate driving has been very satisfying.

What a Hybrid

Great car, styling, ride, gas mileage, comfort and looks. Hyundai did a great job with standard features and options on the Limited. Body styling is great, love the hatchback and split fold down back seats. Feature allows for picking large items and easily moving them. One thing lacking is LED headlights.

Wonderful Car

We leased our Ionic and now that the lease is up we have decided to buy it! I love all the safety features and of course the excellent mileage. Electric vehicles are the future and the Ionic is the perfect mixture of luxury and practicality. We highly recommend the Ionic and this dealership.
