Very good 4x4 - better than my Jeep

I bought my Xterra new and am very happy with it overall. If they still made them I would buy another but they don't so I will keep the one I have. I have the standard transmission which is hard to find. The gas mileage is the only negative.

Retired.Love to hunt and fish.

Overall a great vehicle.But the only thing I disliked was tps system is a pain to reset.And to check the transmission you have to remove a screw to pull the dipstick.But the vehicle runs and drives great.

Xterra Off Road 4x4

If I ever get rid of my 91 gmt400 4 x 4 I will buy another Xterra off road. The storage the towing the power the torque will satisfy all your needs and desires with this truck . the lockers and four-wheel drive low allows you to enjoy your coffee while safely tackling any Terrain

I initially bought my Xterra as a company vehicle in 2009 when employed as a Sales Account Executive in Orange County and after accepting an early retirement package during the Great Recession I kept my Xterra and have been happily driving it ever since

Rock solid

I have nothing negative to say about my 2010 Xterra. I have owned several F150s , a Dodge Ram, and a Mercury Mariner. The Xterra has given me the least amount of grief. 186k miles and still more trustworthy than my F150 with only 90k miles. Easy to maintain, and parts are cheap. Cheaper than Toyota with similar reliability. Comfort lacks, but reliability makes up for it.

I love my Nissan Xterra

I initially purchased my Xterra in 2009 as a company vehicle in a sales capacity with a monthly Car allowance and decided to keep said vehicle upon my retirement When maintenance and repair become necessary I chose to reinvest in this vehicle instead of buying something new as I enjoy driving my Xterra

“Bubba” has proven so reliable

I originally purchased my Xterra as a company vehicle and kept it after I retired / family members have asked if I would sell it to them when I buy a new one ? / I don’t envision buying a new one in the near future as it will probably last forever !

LOVE IT

I love my Xterra! It is roomy, put the back seats down and haul things. Comfortable ride, good gas mileage. All around great vehicle, I would reccomend it to anyone looking for a reliable, dependable vehicle.

Awesome vehicle

I wish they would continue making them. It will be hard to replace this such vehicle. I will hold onto mine as long as possible. Very relaxing and reliable. I would buy another is they was still to continue making them

Great no frills utilitarian truck frame SUV

Three month a year on snowy muddy dirt roads at high altitude for eight years and never problem. Confident handling on all terrain with tight feel of the steering wheel. Square shape allows for carrying a lot of stuff. Skis and bicycles fit inside with back seat down. Easy to drive and park on city streets. At 115000 miles a small leak in the rear differential the only repair. But if you are looking for leather, outdoor temp(this would be nice) this not for you. Unfortunately no replacement available.
