I had an excellent experience with Journey’s Automotive. My Fiesta ST needed a major clutch repair, a
nd Spencer was honest and straightforward with me from the start. He explained what the car needed, kept me updated, and never tried to pressure me into anything unnecessary. That kind of honesty is hard to find in a repair shop.
I also want to thank Tyler, one of the technicians who worked on the car. I got the Fiesta back and it’s driving great.
After some frustrating experiences with other shops, it was a huge relief to deal with people I felt I could trust. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicles back to Journey’s Automotive.
