I was disappointed to learn that when the mechanic had all four wheels off for brake work, that the t
ires were not rotated at the same time. When I asked the mechanic about this,, he said it was not their "policy".
For some additional work that was scheduled I was quoted the price for the part, approximately $50.00dd. When I took the car in for the work I was told that the $50.00 part was not available and they had purchased a $300.00 part For that much difference I think a phone call would have been appropriate. I went ahead with the work but my bill was about 5 times what I had planned for.
