The headlights on my car weren't very bright so set up an appointment for them to diagnose the issue
(and also to replace some console lights while they had it). They included a routine inspection and fluid top off while they had the car. During their inspection, and our conversations, we concluded the car needed a couple of routine maintenance items taken care of, such as struts and shocks (car has 200,000 miles on it and hasn't been done yet... that is on me), fuel injection cleaning (I think that is what they called it) and soon spark plugs and an oil changed. Had them do it all while they had the car. John, my handler ;), was informative, knowledgeable, and kind. They promised the car by Monday but would try and get it me by Friday... and they were done by Friday at 2pm. I recently stopped going to my dealers service dept and changed to Jolene's (for my other car as well), and I have never looked back since.
