d with pre-arranged work, my truck was fixed within a few days. I'd asked them to please look over the truck for any additional issues as long as it's at shop, and those were addressed, too. Adrian kept me informed of the diagnosis, cost, and expected completion date. I'm always satisfied with the repairs from Morgan Automotive.

Debbie and John and their other mechanic are all very friendly and easy to converse with.
My Subaru needed an oil change and a Transmission fluid change as well as having the filters changed.
I was in and out on the same day. The price was reasonable compared to the others I tried having give me estimates. Surprisingly a number of Dealers did not respond to my estimate requests and only had automatic, car sales advertising response emails!
The work feels effective. Like many they pointed out a few other areas in which my car can use attention. I was not pressured in any way to pursue any hasty follow up for additional repair recommendations.

I was disappointed to learn that when the mechanic had all four wheels off for brake work, that the t
ires were not rotated at the same time. When I asked the mechanic about this,, he said it was not their "policy".
For some additional work that was scheduled I was quoted the price for the part, approximately $50.00dd. When I took the car in for the work I was told that the $50.00 part was not available and they had purchased a $300.00 part For that much difference I think a phone call would have been appropriate. I went ahead with the work but my bill was about 5 times what I had planned for.
