Without hesitation, they welcomed us and made time to look at our car.

Excellent Customer Service in their Service Department
Brought my car in for recall work that needed to be done on my Hyundai. I was able to call and get a
n actual person to schedule the appointment. Not like where I bought the car at another Hyundai Dealer, where you do not get an actual person to help you. They text you. I set up my appointment and dropped my car car off this past Saturday for my Monday appointment. Everyone from the gentleman who checked my car in to the young lady at the counter who checked me in was just great. True Customer Service, which you never see anymore in this day and age. Picking up the car on Monday after the big snow storm was the same great experience from everyone there. I will be buying my next car from them.

ls, Lisa! She made sure I got a loaner, made sure the problem with my cars A/C not working was noticed and fixed, and made sure to update me along the way. I haven’t received an email to give her a rating, but 10/10 for Lisa, she deserves a raise!

We were looking to lease another Hyundai which would be our 5th Hyundai. I was doing my due diligenc
e in getting information about the Tucson. Evan gave me his numbers and I also compared the prices with two other dealerships. Evan was willing to work with us as well as with his manager to find the right vehicle and the right price for us. He was transparent and very knowledgeable. Let me preface this review by saying that I am probably one of the easiest sales a sales person will
ever have. I did all my research, knew what vehicle I wante and didn't need to test drive the vehicle. I had preliminay conversations with Kelly about vehicle availability and arranged an appt to pick up the vehicle and complete the KBB trade value. Knowing that I had to drive over 2 hours to get to the dealer, Keith called me to complete the credit app over the phone. Once I got to Jenkins, Keith actually walked to my truck to meet me and I began to sign the paperwork. Keith introduced me to Rick to handle the financing paperwork. Rick explained everything and it wasn't a just sign here, sign here experience. Both Keith and Rick explained the process to transfer my vehicle from WV to PA. If I was local, I would definitely buy here again.

My most recent visit was good, even though i was told that ALL oil changes were free, and i had to pa
y out of my pocket. Also, I was promised a complete detailing from a previous visit and I NEVER received it. Also when I purchased the car I was promised a tank of gas and that never happened. I would like someone to contact me to fulfill these promises.

Had picked up my elantra from a separate dealer and took it here for oil change/rotation and inspecti
on and gotta say the service was great. Sam (Samuel) gave an in depth overview of what needed to be looked at in the future with why they needed to be looked at/repaired as well as making a plan on what should be taken as priority versus stuff that can be pushed off for now.
Overall its the best dealer experience I've had and will be making the drive back for all my repair/maintenance needs moving forward.
