nt. I called and spoke with Jacob behind the service desk and he helped guide me through the diferent product options for what I wanted to accomplish. Jacob helped me select the right rigid bed cover to best fit my uses of my F250 tremor. Because I have the 7.3 L Godzilla engine and the lowest gearing I felt the factory set up had too short of range so we stepped up to an extremely well built 58 gallon aftermarket fuel tank which is 24 gallons more than the factory 34 gallon. This made all the difference in the world for long distance, driving and towing. We also added several zones of off-road lighting, which also turned out perfect for my needs the right amount of light in the right spots. We put in both a ham radio, as well as a traditional CB with the antennas on a very cool third brake light upgrade that also takes a Starlink dish. I have used all of those and like everything else that they worked on is fantastic especially in cellular dead zones. I switch my phone to Wi-Fi calling which allows me to use my phone through the satellite system rather than the limited cellular networks so high-speed Internet, and phone service no matter where I'm at in the country.
Russ, the technician who does all the cool mods also was a pleasure to work with and worked with me with on doing things in such a way that is easy for anyone to use, but fits my personal needs. Russ's work is extremely clean and fits the truck so well that it very easily could be mistaken by something the engineers designed and put in in the factory, though it's all completely custom.
I cannot give a strong enough recommendation for the team, Mike, White Ford, especially Jacob and Russ. This is the second vehicle they've taken care of for me and the attention to detail the return phone calls, the updates even dropping off and picking up could not have gone any better. The customer service and quality of workmanship was great on both vehicles showing that the first time was not a fluke. They are just very good at what they do and consistent in their high-quality and pride in the job they do.
I will definitely continue working with them in the future.
