I was very impressed with Patrick Boyer's service at the Bloomington Indiana Hyundai dealership yeste
rday. My car needed several repairs which took two full days of work. Patrick got approval for several of the expenses to be covered by my service contract. He kept in frequent contact, updating me on his progress and assigned a loaner car for use overnight which was extremely helpful. He was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Patrick and this dealership's service department.

Because of the service department, I have bought 2 Konas from them. I can drive in for any small ite
m and NATE in the service department is right there with with a quick solve to my problem. I recently discovered I have a portable flashlight built into the former cigarette lighter. Who would have thought?? I highly recommend this service department. Also, Kyle, who has worked on my car there is awesome-everyone just seems to be on top of their game there. With all the competition in the area, they definitely deserve a 5-Star rating!

I have a new Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. Love the drive, milage. Still learning all the new features. Had
a problem on Monday starting the car. Called Austin and he walked me through my issue. I was not pushing the brake hard enough to start car went into accessory mode. As I said learning everyday. I have had nothing but a great experience with Parks dealership, from the salesman Teddy and now Austin. Our last three cars have come from Parks.
