I was previously quoted +$15k for a new tranny for my 13 RX350 F Sport by the dealer in which my warr
anty company would not proceed with the claim. I took the car to LexTech with Mya being my Service Advisor. I have to say that Mya was very food in keeping me updated with interactions between my warranty and after about a month of fount back and forth with the warranty company, Mya accused me that the warranty approved of the $10k repair with a new tranny. I can't thank Mya and the staff enough at LexTech for all they did.

Been seeing Fred a lot lately unfortunately having four cars over 20 years old and seems like the las
t month. I’ve hit the perfect storm of delayed repairs coming back to bite. But Freds commitment to accuracy, reality and priority, professionalism, superb mechanics, reasonable price prices although I will admit everything adding up is getting expensive but that’s not his fault. Excellent work the work is done really really fast. I really like a shop. It’s real old school been in business a long time and his business is about getting the work done getting it done right not about flashy lounge areas, and waiting room rooms and clean floors. Came in to have my headlights adjusted and found out they were where they needed to be but my problem
was with LED Lights. My car was not set up to handle them so we went back to halogen. All this was patently rxplained to me by Tom. He really know his cars.
