Alex took me for a test on my return visit & explained many of the features & apps while we were in transit. He provided me with several vehicle & buying options & was very instrumental in advising me as to which one suited my specific needs. Alex spent over an hour & thirty minutes patently explaining the things I need to know to get the most out of my vehicle.
