From start to finish the process was easy Jose was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I want it. Jose keep in contact with me even after I purchased a vehicle to make sure that I was comfortable operating it. Last financing was even easier plan on buying another vehicle for my daughter in the future

Last minute decision to go look at a car and was happy to find the make and model with all of the features that I wanted. I received fast friendly service and left with the vehicle that I had been looking for.
August is the best! He was patient and understanding with us the whole time. He took his time to explain all the features of the vehicle we ended up purchasing. I’ve also been weary of dealerships but August made us feel very comfortable and answered all questions we had leaving us with a peace of mind. Thank you August.

Originally I purchased 2023 Santa Fe Sel, Temecula Hyundai dealership delivered the dent spot near gas tank and damaged gas tank covered. Thank you for Ryan Ruiz, my Sale Associates, who was helping to point out these damages. Grateful and appreciate for Ryan’s services. He had provided an excellent customer service. Then I exchanged it for the 2024 Tucson Hybrid SEL Convenient, and the Digital Key feature was not working, and was not showed up in my BlueLink account. This time I was helped by different sale associates. Despite the facts that I contacted Temecula Hyundai, BlueLink and Hyundai corporate multiple times and I could not get any help from Temecula Hyundai/BlueLink nor Hyundai. Why did Hyundai advertise this Digital Key feature was comparable to Apple IPhone and it is not working?
