Engine light came on
My 2017 Escape's engine light came on. Couldn't make an appointment until the 17th of July. Decided to drop off the vehicle early at the dealership, in hopes they might be able to get it in earlier before the 17th. The service department called me on the 24th of June and indicated the vehicle was ready to pick up. I know your department has been very busy, so thank you and I appreciate your service.

More than just routine service
Service performed on 2018 F350 diesel truck. On a recent trip my check engine light came on, it turns out there was a software upgrade required and your folks performed the upgrade. I also questioned the accuracy of the def gauge which they tested thoroughly and assured me it is working fine.

Couldn't be more friendly
I barely set foot into the service area and I'm instantly greeted by someone who can help me. From the service advisor to the porters who took me home and picked me up, everyone was exceedingly professional, courteous and friendly.

Truck in for service and recall/warranty work
I bought my vehicle in Han of 2021. I brought my truck in for service recently with some recall items. They said it would take a day to a day and a half to complete. I gave them from my appointment time at 10 am Wed to Monday morning to pick it up and they were still working on it Monday morning and did not complete everything. I think maybe you should prioritize the work a little better or give a little bit better time estimates. Overall the service seems good. I am still a little concerned that I can’t get to my spare tire because the key to it was never given to me when I bought the truck and I didn’t know about it till this spring. Now I have to pay money for a new lock to access my spare tire when I think it should be covered by the dealer.

Bizarre Experience
When I picked up my 150 everything that was on my passenger seat and everything that was on fathers rear seat was on the floor. Very disappointing not to have been told what happened.
The cost was unreasonably high.
I have normally had much better service here.

AJ and the service team at Mike White Ford provided first class service throughout my recent service visit My car needed a new water pump and they provided a car and took care of my insurance while my car was in the shop for service. My experience with the team at Mike White Ford was seamless and has always been exceptional! Will definitely purchase all of my future vehicles with Mike White.

Great Service
We live in Idaho part time and California part time. We purchased (2) cars now from Mike White Ford and the customer service on both purchases are top notch. We needed to buy an accessory part for our new Bronco and had ordered it from a local dealer in California. Long story short they ordered the wrong part even though we told them what Bronco we purchased. It took one phone call to MW service department to confirm what was the correct part number for the part we needed. Had we been in Idaho we would have purchased the part there. In addition, they were able to get our Bronco serviced while we were there recently and again the customer service is top notch.

I wouldn't say it was a bad experience but it hasn't been good ether
Honestly the sale of my truck went good but service I haven't really been too impressed with overall, first visit was to install a set of snow tires that were including in my deal, even the gentleman called me about what kind of tires I wanted I said studded due to the fact it was 2wd, well called me the next day and said were in, made my appointment and dropped my truck off, when I was dropping it off I asked again if they were and he didn't know and I said I want them studded and I'll pay the difference, he stated that if they could be here would stud them, do I also mentioned my alignment was off, said they would fix it, I said perfect and left, called me the next day said my truck was ready to go, came and picked it up and not only were the tires not what I asked for but the alignment was off still, stated that to ther service writer and he said I could go get them studded but I told him once they are installed they can't be studded, he just apologize and I left, 3 months later I sceduale my oil change and asked for synthetic oil, said I would pay for it, I mentioned my alignment was still off, so they did the oil change, didn't put in what I asked because my service contract didn't cover it, even though I said I would pay for it, and 3rd time and my alignment is still off, seems like they really don't listen to your needs that well

No call back
Got car fixed and left with smoke coming out the exhaust pipe. Never smoked when brought in. Called to talk to someone and they never called me back. Hope everything is ok and I get a call tomorrow. They were super nice
