Mike White Ford did an excellent job of making a bad situation at a local Audi dealership turn into a great experience at there facility. The sales team at Mike White Ford did everything that made me feel like I was being treated with respect and hearing my concerns and turning them into a positive experience. I will be a life long customer of Mike White Ford moving forward and will always buy Ford from now on. Thank you Gary for taking the time and caring for a customer that was in a sticky situation.

The service department really cares about the customer and their situation
This is the very BEST service department I have experienced in my 60 years of driving. The people were not only friendly but really wanted to help us. We were returning home from a 4-week camping trip when the air hose to the turbocharger blew. I thought it would be very expensive to replace the turbocharger and I was sure since we were travelers that the recommendation would be to replace the turbocharrger. After inspecting the vehicle the mechanic found that it was the air compressor hose to the turbocharger that was the problem, Not only did thet find the problem, but it was fixed that very afternoon befor 5 pm which allowed us to continue on our way home that very day. I know we had no priority in the maintenance that had already been scheduled for the day, but the service team did a fantastic job fitting us into the schedule for the day. We were treated with respect during our entire visit. We were allowed to park our travel trailer on the propert, and AJ came out to make sure everything was fine on several occassions. I can't over emphasise how great we felt about the service we received.

Great service and took care of me in emergency
My truck was getting random trailer Disconnect messages during towing on our summer trip. I took the truck to the near dealer while at one of our camping spots.

Conner was EXTREMELY helpful and was able to get me in the repair shop that same day. We continued on with our summer trip and have had no further Trailer Disconnect messages after Ford did the software update.

Serpentine bite
My wife heard a thrashing noise from the engine compartment inher Explorer and luckily she pulled over. We took the vehicle to Mike White Ford and the next day the vehicle was analyzed and repaired in a very timely manner. The people at the Ford dealership were polite, courteous, and very efficient at making the estimate and getting the repair completed.

Repaired truck sooner and at less cost than estimated.
The original estimated time for repair was 7 hours cost was better than $1,000.00! They were able to fix it in less than two hours at a cost of $97.00. A procedure that was frequently needed was not needed. They fixed the truck, and it works great!

It might have been 3, but Jacob came through to push it up to 4.
This experience should never have happened, 3 flat tires from driving on State highways, a gravel road and a short dirt road. The tires that the factory put on our Bronco Sport were substandard. This is an off road vehicle and should come with the option of driving to the grocery store tires and tires that are meant for gravel and dirt road use. Also in this option should be a full size spare, because when you are on Idaho’s Scenic Byways, a doughnut spare will not get you anywhere. I even questioned the grade of tire on the vehicle were and was assured that they up to the task!
When I called Ford, the phone representatives were courteous and listened, but I could tell my concerns were going nowhere. The next question has always been a 9 or 10, but has fallen to a qualified “7.5”.

Oil Change, Tire Rotation & Recall check.
Service is always a pleasant experience. My appointment was at 9:30am, but it was nearly 1:00pm before I was able to retrieve my vehicle. It was unusual to have the service take that long. Overall Mike White Ford service department scores well. Staff are friendly and in this situation they did say it would be 12:00 or 12:30 for completion.

Very courteous and professional. My vehicle required some warranty work that required a couple of days - no problem. I picked it up on a Saturday, and needed to call Monday to have the work order explained to me. The work order was hard to understand, not lay-person friendly.

More than just routine service
Service performed on 2018 F350 diesel truck. On a recent trip my check engine light came on, it turns out there was a software upgrade required and your folks performed the upgrade. I also questioned the accuracy of the def gauge which they tested thoroughly and assured me it is working fine.

Truck in for service and recall/warranty work
I bought my vehicle in Han of 2021. I brought my truck in for service recently with some recall items. They said it would take a day to a day and a half to complete. I gave them from my appointment time at 10 am Wed to Monday morning to pick it up and they were still working on it Monday morning and did not complete everything. I think maybe you should prioritize the work a little better or give a little bit better time estimates. Overall the service seems good. I am still a little concerned that I can’t get to my spare tire because the key to it was never given to me when I bought the truck and I didn’t know about it till this spring. Now I have to pay money for a new lock to access my spare tire when I think it should be covered by the dealer.

As I could have guessed, tech could not duplicate problem. (Screen just goes black suddenly) Updated system, hope that works. This should not happen in an $85K truck! I don't blame the tech. If it continues to happen, I'm going to insist it be replaced.
Staff-wise, Service Dept staff were courteous and prompt. Couldn't ask for better treatment.

Overall excelent. Only problem was the time it took to complete. supposed to be a one day repair, and it took almost 2 weeks. Thankfully, they gave me a car to use, so all is well.
