Judith, we're so sorry to hear that your experience wasn't up to the normal standards. We looked into the details to see what happened. It looks like your vehicle service itself was done quickly but the technician in the back was still working on inputting paperwork on the back-end. We apologize that this was not communicated properly. In regards to the mile discrepancy, we take full responsibility and already have it adjusted in our system.
