Usual great experience

Very personable and honest staff. Initial appointment was made for an oil change and brake servicing. It turned out the brakes were not in need of replacing. Saved me a lot of money. Also, the waiting room has the best hot chocolate I've ever had out of a machine...LOL All in all a very pleasant experience as usual. I've been a customer of that location for over twenty years. I drive down from the Silver Valley rather than take my car anywhere else.

Typical Oil Change

We’ve been coming to this dealer for years. This experience was a bit different. We arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment for a regular oil change. We were told it could be up to an hour and half. We were fine with that and told them we would wait in their lobby. We saw our Service Writer do a walk around the car, then he drove it back to the service dept. About 10-15 minutes later it was pulled out to the parking lot. It was so quick we assumed they were out of room in service. We continued to wait about 30-40 minutes but our car was never moved back to service. I went in and asked why our car was still outside. One of the young men asked my name and another one looked it up in the system. He said we were told it could take awhile. In the mean time the first young man pulled a file from the side and said “Your car has been done”. The other man said he would do the paperwork and come get me. So, bottom line, the car was done right on time per the appt but we were made to wait because?????? They were not overly busy in service. Then when we got home I noticed the paperwork showing 3000 miles less than the actual odometer. That was just some type of weird error. I called and he said he would fix it in their system. I want to be clear. At all times the young men were professional and polite. It was just very weird being made to wait for no apparent reason.

Judith, we're so sorry to hear that your experience wasn't up to the normal standards. We looked into the details to see what happened. It looks like your vehicle service itself was done quickly but the technician in the back was still working on inputting paperwork on the back-end. We apologize that this was not communicated properly. In regards to the mile discrepancy, we take full responsibility and already have it adjusted in our system. We will work on this as a team and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

Had better service in the past

Was advised air filter was bad, we just had replaced less than 6 months on prior service. We do not drive on dirt roads, local driving only. Either it was not replaced last time or they didn't really check.

It was great as they were able to get my car in and direct my girls and I to where we could hang out. Love that there was a kids room and they were able to hang out and not annoy other people.

Everything good except car wash voucher

Went in for a regular service (oil change, tire rotation, the usual business) and everything went fine. Was offered a touchless car wash coupon but the car wash is not touchless. They dry your car off with used rags at the end and it scratched my car up. Had I known it was not touchless I would not have accepted.

Oil change n systems check.

I normally don't come here for service yet I did cause my usual was booked out at least 1.5 months ( I only go Ford service with my truck) They were friendly n kind n provided service better than I expected. Somethings were missing, but different dealers do different things for their customers. I was offered a free car wash coupon, but my usual always washes my car for me.... i have a taller truck that doesn't fit most car washes so the free offer was super nice but the one that comes free at my normal service spot its perfect! Im more than happy to wait the extra time. I usually don't come here as a single woman who felt discriminated when I was truck shopping and visited both dealers with the same attitude n standards of service. Ive resorted to the one dealer for many years of consideration n kind treatment vs one year of garbage treatment long ago from one sales associate who couldn't fathom a woman with a real budget buying an expensive truck. Again.. it was long ago.. however stuck with me & the other dealer NEVER treated me that way.
Never.. Just saying.. that's a specific day you mostly lost my business... less my regular is booked 1.5 months out for a simple oil change..

However, our current roster of sales people (minus Curly, who has been here for 29 years, but is highly respectful. have all been taught by a woman (myself) and I can promise that treating customers with the same level of respect is something that I train on day 1.
